遺傳算法及其在3D動(dòng)漫造型設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景,被稱為21世紀(jì)創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)中最有希望的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)和21世紀(jì)的“無煙工業(yè)”。動(dòng)漫造型作為動(dòng)漫中的靈魂,成為歐美日韓等動(dòng)漫強(qiáng)國(guó)推銷其動(dòng)漫與衍生產(chǎn)品的重要武器。動(dòng)漫造型一般包括動(dòng)漫角色造型和動(dòng)漫群體造型。從深受觀眾喜愛的唐老鴨、米老鼠到現(xiàn)今的機(jī)器人瓦力、功夫熊貓,每一部動(dòng)畫片都能誕生一個(gè)甚至多個(gè)明星,成功地設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)動(dòng)漫角色造型,不僅能提升一部動(dòng)漫影片的票房號(hào)召力,更能成為推廣整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的中堅(jiān)力量;此外,不少動(dòng)漫影片中還會(huì)涉及到大量的群體造型,例如,大型戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)場(chǎng)面中大量的戰(zhàn)士、角斗場(chǎng)中大量的觀眾、城市中大量的群眾等。有效地設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)生動(dòng)漫中的角色造型及群體造型,對(duì)于提升動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要,一直是動(dòng)漫領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。 3D動(dòng)漫是當(dāng)今動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,3D動(dòng)漫造型作為3D動(dòng)漫的核心元素,在3D動(dòng)漫制作中具有非常重要的地位,其好壞將直接影響3D動(dòng)漫的質(zhì)量以及后期的制作效果。如何高效地設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)能夠吸引大眾眼球的3D動(dòng)漫角色造型、如何快速高效地生成動(dòng)漫影片中數(shù)以萬計(jì)的3D動(dòng)漫群體造型,一直是3D動(dòng)漫設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域重要的研究問題。3D動(dòng)漫造型的傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法是利用三維建模軟件Maya,3D Max等直接繪制,這種方法獲得的3D動(dòng)漫造型美觀、精確。但是,對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)3D動(dòng)漫角色造型而言,設(shè)計(jì)師往往會(huì)受到現(xiàn)有造型和設(shè)計(jì)觀念的影響,導(dǎo)致很難設(shè)計(jì)出具有足夠創(chuàng)意的、能夠吸引大眾眼球的作品;而對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)以萬計(jì)的3D動(dòng)漫群體造型而言,由于其造型數(shù)量太多、設(shè)計(jì)的工作量巨大,使用傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法成本太高、速度太慢、且無法自動(dòng)生成大量的造型。因此,迫切需要尋找合適的方法來解決這些問題。 本文通過研究并利用進(jìn)化計(jì)算技術(shù)、協(xié)同技術(shù)和可視化技術(shù),以設(shè)計(jì)支持3D動(dòng)漫造型協(xié)同創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的方法、提高造型的新穎程度和生成效率為目標(biāo)開展研究,本文的主要工作與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)概括如下: 1.為了將單目標(biāo)和多目標(biāo)遺傳算法較好地應(yīng)用到3D動(dòng)漫造型協(xié)同創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)中,首先將自適應(yīng)遺傳算法(AGA)和帶精英策略的非劣排序遺傳算法(NSGA2)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),有效地解決了AGA算法收斂速度慢和進(jìn)化初期容易停滯的問題,并使改進(jìn)的AGA和NSGA2算法可以很好地應(yīng)用到創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)中。 2.為了能夠同時(shí)利用多位專家已有的知識(shí)對(duì)3D動(dòng)漫造型進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使用HOOPS/NET技術(shù)搭建了一個(gè)支持3D動(dòng)漫造型創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種基于HSF(HOOPS Stream File)的多專家協(xié)同評(píng)價(jià)方法,有效地提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率。 3.基于以上提出的兩種改進(jìn)的遺傳算法和多專家協(xié)同評(píng)價(jià)方法,提出了兩種支持3D動(dòng)漫造型協(xié)同創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的方法,有效地解決了傳統(tǒng)的3D動(dòng)漫造型設(shè)計(jì)方法難以設(shè)計(jì)出具有足夠創(chuàng)意的3D動(dòng)漫角色造型和數(shù)以萬計(jì)的3D動(dòng)漫群體造型的問題。 4.基于以上研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一個(gè)3D動(dòng)漫造型協(xié)同創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)原型系統(tǒng)。通過在原型系統(tǒng)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文提出的方法既可以高效地設(shè)計(jì)出創(chuàng)意新穎的3D動(dòng)漫角色造型,又可以快速高效地生成大批的3D動(dòng)漫群體造型。

As the soul of animation, animation modeling has become an important weapon for animation powers such as Europe, America, Japan and Korea to promote their animation and derivatives. From the popular Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse to today's robot Wally, Kung Fu Panda, each animation can produce one or more stars, successfully designed an animation character modeling, not only can enhance the appeal of an animation film box office, but also become the backbone of the promotion of the entire industry; Many animation films will also involve a large number of group modeling, for example, a large number of warriors in large-scale war scenes, a large number of spectators in the arena, a large number of people in the city and so on. Effective design, animation in the role of modeling and group modeling, to improve the quality of animation products is crucial, has been the animation field of research hot. One of the points.
3D animation is the development direction of today's animation industry, 3D animation modeling as the core element of 3D animation, has a very important position in the production of 3D animation, its quality will directly affect the quality of 3D animation and later production effect. Generating tens of thousands of 3D animation group modeling in animation movies has always been an important research issue in the field of 3D animation design. The traditional design method of 3D animation modeling is to use 3D modeling software Maya, 3D Max and other direct rendering, this method to obtain 3D animation modeling beautiful, accurate. However, for the design of a 3D animation character modeling. In other words, designers are often influenced by the existing modeling and design concepts, which makes it difficult to design works with enough creativity to attract the public's attention; and for the design of tens of thousands of 3D animation group modeling, because of its large number of modeling, design workload is huge, the cost of using traditional design methods is too high, speed. It is too slow to generate a large number of shapes automatically. Therefore, it is urgent to find a suitable way to solve these problems.
In this paper, through the research and use of evolutionary computing technology, collaborative technology and visualization technology, to design support 3D animation modeling collaborative innovative design methods, improve the novelty and productivity of modeling research objectives, this paper's main work and innovation are summarized as follows:
1. In order to apply single-objective and multi-objective genetic algorithm to 3D animation modeling collaborative innovation design, adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) and non-inferior sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA2) with elite strategy were improved firstly, which effectively solved the problems of slow convergence speed and easy stagnation in the initial stage of evolution of AGA algorithm, and made the improved AGA. And NSGA2 algorithm can be well applied to innovative design.
2. In order to make use of the existing knowledge of many experts to design 3D animation modeling at the same time, a collaborative design environment supporting 3D animation modeling innovation design is built by using HOOPS/NET technology. Based on this, a multi-expert collaborative evaluation method based on HSF (HOOPS Stream File) is proposed, which effectively improves the design efficiency.
3. Based on the two improved genetic algorithms and multi-expert collaborative evaluation methods proposed above, two methods supporting collaborative and innovative design of 3D animation modeling are proposed, which effectively solve the problem that traditional 3D animation modeling design methods are difficult to design 3D animation character modeling with enough creativity and tens of thousands of 3D animation group modeling. Question.
4. Based on the above research results, a prototype system for collaborative and innovative 3D animation modeling design is designed and developed. The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only efficiently design novel 3D animation character modeling, but also quickly and efficiently generate a large number of 3D animation group modeling.
