【摘要】：對(duì)動(dòng)漫專(zhuān)業(yè)人才需求進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代人才需求特點(diǎn),探討動(dòng)漫人才培養(yǎng)模式,提出"教產(chǎn)對(duì)接、工學(xué)結(jié)合"人才培養(yǎng)改革方案,建立以"工作室制的項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)向式"為實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)核心的人才培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the talent demand of animation specialty, combines the characteristics of modern talent demand, probes into the training mode of animation talent, and puts forward the reform plan of talent training of "teaching and production connection and combination of work and learning". To establish the "studio-oriented project-oriented" as the core of training teaching personnel training model.
