FDM快速成型技術(shù)在動漫模型制作中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:由于傳統(tǒng)加工無法滿足動漫模型形狀復(fù)雜、單件小批量,制作周期短,而3D打印技術(shù)中的FDM快速成型技術(shù)可以解決這些問題。根據(jù)FDM快速成型技術(shù)成本低、體積小、無污染以及制作速度快的特點(diǎn),利用簡易型快速成型機(jī)完成了一批客戶急需的動漫模型的制作。針對模型在制作過程中由加工設(shè)備、加工參數(shù)等因素產(chǎn)生的冷卻收縮變形以及開裂等缺陷進(jìn)行了分析。提出了對模型抽殼或者掏空的方案減小了模型的冷卻收縮變形,優(yōu)化了加工工藝參數(shù)以提高模型的質(zhì)量和制作的效率。
[Abstract]:Because traditional machining can not meet the complex shape of animation model, single small batch, short production period, and 3D printing technology FDM rapid prototyping technology can solve these problems. According to the characteristics of FDM rapid prototyping technology, such as low cost, small size, no pollution and fast production speed, a group of animation models urgently needed by customers are made by using a simple rapid prototyping machine. The defects of cooling shrinkage deformation and cracking caused by processing equipment and processing parameters in the manufacturing process of the model were analyzed. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the model, the scheme of shell extraction or tunneling is proposed to reduce the cooling shrinkage deformation of the model and to optimize the processing parameters.
