【摘要】：對(duì)江蘇地區(qū)動(dòng)漫從業(yè)人員的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及研究表明:目前動(dòng)漫從業(yè)者的工作滿意度不高,年齡、從業(yè)時(shí)間、教育程度與工作滿意度基本成正比。創(chuàng)新性被受調(diào)查者認(rèn)為是國(guó)內(nèi)外動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)差距的關(guān)鍵因素。鑒于目前在從業(yè)者及品牌打造方面存在的問(wèn)題,江蘇動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)促進(jìn)健全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的形成,加強(qiáng)品牌建設(shè),并加強(qiáng)與旅游、教育等產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:The questionnaire survey and research on animation practitioners in Jiangsu province show that the job satisfaction of animation practitioners is not high, age, working time, education level is basically proportional to job satisfaction. Innovative respondents believe that the gap between domestic and foreign animation industry is a key factor. In view of the existing problems in the field of practitioners and brand building, Jiangsu animation industry should promote the formation of a sound industrial chain, strengthen brand building, and strengthen the integration with tourism, education and other industries.
