虛擬油泥技術(shù)FreeForm在曲面造型設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:21世紀是設(shè)計的世紀,同時也是競爭的世紀,任何設(shè)計都將面臨激烈的競爭,社會需要的設(shè)計是有競爭優(yōu)勢的設(shè)計而不是被淘汰的設(shè)計。由此,快速、高效地進行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計是目前設(shè)計方法學(xué)的一個重要研究領(lǐng)域,而虛擬油泥技術(shù)FreeForm的出現(xiàn)是對現(xiàn)有計算機輔助設(shè)計方法的一個有益補充,因此,本論文的研究對于豐富了計算機輔助設(shè)計的建模方法,特別是曲面模型、快速建模與制造一體化、快速響應(yīng)市場需求與變化具有較強的應(yīng)用價值。 本論文在查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞快速產(chǎn)品設(shè)計展開研究。首先,從虛擬油泥技術(shù)的技術(shù)構(gòu)成出發(fā),分析了虛擬油泥技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、繁榮及其未來的發(fā)展趨勢四個階段。將其第四個階段即觸覺式設(shè)計中的復(fù)雜曲面造型作為研究對象。通過分析虛擬現(xiàn)實技術(shù)、力的反饋技術(shù)、3DTouch技術(shù)及其FreeForm的操作系統(tǒng),從三維建模中的線框建模、面片建模及其實體建模出發(fā),比較了基本體構(gòu)建法、視圖構(gòu)建法和自由雕刻法三種建模方式。分析了其概念及其特征,得出該技術(shù)的優(yōu)點在復(fù)雜曲面造型設(shè)計。其次,歸納了產(chǎn)品曲面造型、工藝品的曲面造型、角色動漫的曲面造型及其其他特殊的產(chǎn)品曲面造型設(shè)計,將其劃分為有規(guī)律的曲面造型和無規(guī)律的曲面造型、具象的形態(tài)造型和抽象的形態(tài)造型、規(guī)整式(折線型、直線圓弧型)的曲面造型和不規(guī)整式的曲面造型。結(jié)合了實例,詳述了其建模方式,對于提升設(shè)計速度、豐富表達效果(曲面造型)、優(yōu)化設(shè)計流程具有快速和方便的應(yīng)用價值。最后,通過了其在各個領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用及其詳細的作圖步驟,得出了該技術(shù)有利于產(chǎn)品的概念設(shè)計、靈活多變的設(shè)計流程,有利于快速、高效的進行批量化生產(chǎn)。同時,也有利于發(fā)揮設(shè)計的設(shè)計智慧、兼顧經(jīng)濟和社會效益,其造型易于滿足消費者對于新穎和夸張的需求,并有利于明確的市場需求、良好的商品造型化及其產(chǎn)業(yè)化前景。 在此前研究的基礎(chǔ)上,并著重探討了產(chǎn)品的概念設(shè)計,從市場調(diào)研、功能設(shè)計、原理設(shè)計到商業(yè)設(shè)計的整個過程。不僅能創(chuàng)造出更人性化、更優(yōu)美、更符合消費者需求的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計,而且有利于快速生產(chǎn)和快速制造。闡述了該技術(shù)能夠從設(shè)計制圖到模型制作再到最后的成品實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品一條龍的生產(chǎn)。表明了該技術(shù)能夠解決復(fù)雜曲面造型的問題和優(yōu)化設(shè)計,同時,也有利于實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計創(chuàng)新、工藝創(chuàng)新、材料創(chuàng)新、市場創(chuàng)新、設(shè)備創(chuàng)新、生產(chǎn)組織和管理創(chuàng)新及其用戶創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is not only the century of design, but also the century of competition. Any design will face fierce competition. Therefore, rapid and efficient product design is an important research field in current design methodology, and the emergence of FreeForm is a useful supplement to the existing CAD methods. The research in this paper has a strong application value for enriching the modeling methods of CAD, especially the surface model, the integration of rapid modeling and manufacturing, and the rapid response to market demand and change. On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literature, this paper focuses on rapid product design. Firstly, starting from the technical composition of virtual sludge technology, four stages of virtual sludge technology are analyzed, such as the emergence, development, prosperity and future development trend of virtual sludge technology. The fourth stage is the complex surface modeling in tactile design. By analyzing virtual reality technology, force feedback technology 3DTouch technology and FreeForm operating system, this paper compares the basic volume construction method from the wire-frame modeling, facet modeling and solid modeling in 3D modeling. There are three modeling methods: view building method and free carving method. The concept and its characteristics are analyzed, and the advantages of this technology in complex surface modeling design are obtained. Secondly, the product surface modeling, handicraft surface modeling, character animation surface modeling and other special product surface modeling design are summarized, which can be divided into regular surface modeling and irregular surface modeling. Figurative shape modeling and abstract shape modeling, regular (broken line, straight arc) surface modeling and irregular surface modeling. Combined with an example, the modeling method is described in detail, which has a quick and convenient application value for improving the design speed, enriching the expression effect (curved surface modeling) and optimizing the design flow. Finally, through its application in various fields and its detailed drawing steps, it is concluded that the technology is conducive to product conceptual design, flexible design process and rapid and efficient mass production. At the same time, it is helpful to give full play to the design wisdom of design, to take into account the economic and social benefits, and its shape is easy to meet the needs of consumers for novelty and exaggeration, and is conducive to clear market demand, good commodity modelling and its industrialization prospect. On the basis of previous research, this paper discusses the whole process of product conceptual design, from market research, function design, principle design to commercial design. Not only can create a more human, more beautiful, more responsive to consumer demand product design, but also conducive to rapid production and rapid manufacturing. This technology can realize one-stop production from design drawing to model making and final product. The results show that the technology can solve the problem of complex surface modeling and optimize design. At the same time, it is also helpful to realize the product design innovation, process innovation, material innovation, market innovation and equipment innovation.
