【摘要】：中國動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)軔于2004年國家出臺的《關(guān)于發(fā)展我國影視動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)的若干意見》。此后,政府強力推出各種政策,為"動畫事業(yè)"轉(zhuǎn)型升級為"動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)"除障鋪路。本文通過對2004—2008年"政策發(fā)力,產(chǎn)業(yè)試水"語境下國產(chǎn)動畫電影發(fā)展歷程的回顧,試圖厘清扶持政策在此期間對國產(chǎn)動畫電影產(chǎn)生的影響。
[Abstract]:The Chinese animation industry originated in 2004, the "opinions on the development of China's film and television animation industry". Since then, the government has launched various policies to pave the way for the transition of animation industry to animation industry. This paper attempts to clarify the influence of support policies on domestic animated films during the period of 2004-2008 by reviewing the development process of domestic animation films in the context of "Policy Development, Industry Test".
