【摘要】：正中國社科院編撰的《中國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展報告(2012)》中指出,在各種新媒體平臺播放的,適用于在短時間的休閑狀態(tài)時觀看的,具有有完整故事情節(jié)的微放映(10~180秒)、微周期制作(1~7天或數(shù)周)和微規(guī)模投資或零投資的視頻短片,稱為"微動畫"。~([1])《中國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展報告(2016)年》指出,動漫內(nèi)容傳播日趨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化,出現(xiàn)了動畫的數(shù)字格式+網(wǎng)絡(luò)運輸+多種終端呈現(xiàn),動畫內(nèi)容產(chǎn)品的邊際生產(chǎn)
