【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)是現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的重要組成部分,也是經(jīng)濟發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)大城市經(jīng)濟的核心內(nèi)容。生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)具有知識密集型、技術含量高、附加值高、吸納就業(yè)量大、低碳等眾多特點。北京作為國家的首都,在許多方面具有發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的有利條件。因此,近年來北京的生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)發(fā)展十分迅速,其發(fā)展不僅促進了北京市自身產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的高端化,而且通過其輻射作用也會帶動全國產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的調(diào)整與升級。研究北京市生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與特點,分析影響其發(fā)展的重要因素,探討其在空間分布與集聚的合理性,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)其發(fā)展中存在的問題,并尋找解決問題的途徑,對于北京市生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展有著積極的意義。 本文運用市場集中度、多元線性回歸、產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)度和區(qū)位商等方法對北京市生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)進行研究。研究結果表明:北京市生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)對經(jīng)濟增長有明顯的拉動作用。在生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)中金融服務業(yè)發(fā)展最快,利潤也最高,對北京市經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻也最大。流通和商務服務業(yè)吸納就業(yè)能力最強;而科技和信息服務業(yè)發(fā)展相對薄弱。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),金融保險業(yè)、租賃和商務服務業(yè)是明顯的前項關聯(lián)效應較強的產(chǎn)業(yè);而交通運輸和信息業(yè)則是前項與后項關聯(lián)效應都比較強的產(chǎn)業(yè);郵政、流通產(chǎn)業(yè)和科學技術服務業(yè)則是明顯后項關聯(lián)效應較強的產(chǎn)業(yè)。對北京生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)在空間分布的研究顯示,目前北京市生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)主要集中在城八區(qū),但是城市外圍的亦莊高科技園區(qū)和首都機場的空港工業(yè)園等也已成長起來,懷柔的影視基地、酒仙橋的798文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)基地、通州宋莊的動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園也都在規(guī)劃籌建中。一個以城區(qū)為主不斷向郊區(qū)拓展的北京生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)空間分布格局正在形成。 未來5-10年,生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)必將成為北京市最重要的主導產(chǎn)業(yè)。為此,政府應合理規(guī)劃、積極引導并大力支持生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)發(fā)展,投資者要抓住時機積極進入,現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)性服務企業(yè)更要利用這一機會加快自身的成長,共同促進北京市的生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)快速和健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Producer service is an important part of modern service industry, and also the core content of the economy of developed countries and regional big cities. Producer services have many characteristics, such as knowledge intensive, high technology content, high added value, large employment, low carbon and so on. As the capital of the country, Beijing has favorable conditions for developing producer services in many respects. Therefore, in recent years, the producer service industry in Beijing has developed very rapidly. Its development not only promotes the high-end of Beijing's industrial structure, but also promotes the adjustment and upgrading of the national industrial structure through its radiation effect. This paper studies the present situation and characteristics of producer service industry in Beijing, analyzes the important factors influencing its development, probes into the rationality of its spatial distribution and agglomeration, finds out the problems existing in its development, and finds out the ways to solve the problems. It has positive significance for the sustainable and healthy development of Beijing producer service industry. In this paper, we use the methods of market concentration, multiple linear regression, industrial correlation and location quotient to study the producer services in Beijing. The results show that: Beijing producer services have a significant role in economic growth. Among producer services, financial service industry has the fastest development, the highest profit and the biggest contribution to Beijing's economic growth. Distribution and business services have the strongest ability to absorb employment, while the development of science and technology and information services is relatively weak. The study also found that finance, insurance, leasing and business services are the industries with strong correlation effects in the preceding paragraph, while the transportation and information industries are the industries with strong correlation effects between the preceding and the latter. Circulation industry and science and technology service industry are the industries with strong correlation effect. A study of the spatial distribution of Beijing's producer services shows that, at present, Beijing's producer services are mainly concentrated in the eight districts of the city, but the Yizhuang high-tech park on the outskirts of the city and the airport industrial park at the capital airport have also grown up. Huairou film and television base, Jiuxianqiao 798 cultural and creative industry base, Tongzhou Songzhuang animation industry park are also planning to build. A pattern of spatial distribution of producer services in Beijing is being formed. In the next 5-10 years, producer services will become the most important leading industry in Beijing. Therefore, the government should plan rationally, actively guide and support the development of producer services, investors should seize the opportunity to actively enter, and existing productive service enterprises should take advantage of this opportunity to accelerate their own growth. Jointly promote the rapid and healthy development of producer services in Beijing.
