【摘要】：隨著人力成本的提高，心理資本越來越受到重視，成為繼人力資本、社會(huì)資本后又一研究熱點(diǎn)。動(dòng)漫企業(yè)具有產(chǎn)品獨(dú)一性、人才依賴性、創(chuàng)新與重復(fù)工作并存性等特點(diǎn)，心理資本對(duì)動(dòng)漫企業(yè)的影響尤其明顯。 本文以動(dòng)漫企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象，以心理資本為研究視角，分析了心理資本對(duì)動(dòng)漫企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效的影響，，研究了考慮心理資本的動(dòng)漫企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系與方法。本文分析了動(dòng)漫企業(yè)及其動(dòng)漫企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的特點(diǎn)，分析了人力資本、社會(huì)資本、心理資本在動(dòng)漫企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中的作用，提出了動(dòng)漫企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力源模型；以問卷調(diào)查的方式，對(duì)心理資本對(duì)動(dòng)漫企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，通過信度分析、效度分析、回歸分析等方式，驗(yàn)證心理資本水平及其變量與動(dòng)漫企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效正相關(guān)假設(shè)，分析了心理資本四個(gè)要素與動(dòng)漫企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系；構(gòu)建了動(dòng)漫企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，由4個(gè)指標(biāo)、14個(gè)子指標(biāo)、60個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。提出了基于DAF的動(dòng)漫企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)方法。 論文的研究成果可以用于動(dòng)漫企業(yè)對(duì)心理資本的建設(shè)與培養(yǎng)，可以用于動(dòng)漫企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)，還可以為具有類似特點(diǎn)的文化企業(yè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increase of human cost, psychological capital has been paid more and more attention, and has become a research hotspot after human capital and social capital. Animation companies have the characteristics of product uniqueness, talent dependence, innovation and duplication of work, etc. Psychological capital has a significant impact on animation companies. This paper takes the animation enterprise as the research object, takes the psychological capital as the research angle, analyzes the influence of the psychological capital on the performance of the animation enterprise's technological innovation, and studies the evaluation index system and method of the animation enterprise's innovation ability considering the psychological capital. This paper analyzes the characteristics of animation enterprises and their technological innovation, analyzes the role of human capital, social capital and psychological capital in the technological innovation of animation enterprises, and puts forward the power source model of technology innovation of animation enterprises. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper makes an empirical study on the impact of psychological capital on the performance of technology innovation of animation enterprises, through reliability analysis, validity analysis, regression analysis and so on. Verify the positive correlation hypothesis between the level of psychological capital and its variables, analyze the relationship between the four elements of psychological capital and the technological innovation performance of animation companies, and construct the evaluation index system of animation enterprises' innovation ability. It is composed of 4 indexes and 14 subindexes and 60 factors. This paper puts forward the method of evaluating the innovation ability of animation enterprises based on DAF. The research results of this paper can be used for the construction and cultivation of psychological capital of animation enterprises, the evaluation of technology innovation ability of animation enterprises, and the reference for cultural enterprises with similar characteristics.
