沈陽動漫橋建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量控制方案研究

【摘要】: 論文從動漫橋的工程特點入手,在現(xiàn)行建筑工程質(zhì)量管理與控制模式的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,借助現(xiàn)代技術(shù)研究高難度工程項目質(zhì)量控制方法,使最終提出的質(zhì)量控制方案得到了多重保障,研究工作充分體現(xiàn)了6σ質(zhì)量管理思想。 論文將首先對建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理的基本理論和基本方法以及發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行深入研究,吃透建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量的特點與影響因素,明確質(zhì)量管理主體和質(zhì)量計劃的作用,以期強(qiáng)化管理理論對工程建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量控制的指導(dǎo)。然后,作者運用傳統(tǒng)的全面質(zhì)量管理方法和ISO9000族質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),借鑒施工企業(yè)的管理經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合動漫橋工程實際,完成了動漫橋質(zhì)量管理體系設(shè)計和工程質(zhì)量控制措施,強(qiáng)調(diào)以組織保證、制度保證、工作保證為手段,以項目施工過程的事前控制、事中控制、事后控制為措施,杜絕質(zhì)量隱患的發(fā)生。最后,作者運用因果分析方法、要因ABC法則、AHP分析方法等定量分析工具,抓住動漫橋鋼拱塔施工這一工程關(guān)鍵工序,深入剖析項目實施過程中的控制要點及對策,遵循全面質(zhì)量管理的PDCA循環(huán),提出了影響鋼拱塔成橋質(zhì)量的拱肋制作與現(xiàn)場拼接、拱肋整體豎轉(zhuǎn)、拉索安裝等各階段的質(zhì)量控制方法,為鋼拱塔施工按設(shè)計預(yù)定目標(biāo)安裝就位奠定了基礎(chǔ),為施工企業(yè)的工程現(xiàn)代化管理創(chuàng)造了財富。 動漫橋質(zhì)量控制方案是基于類似工程經(jīng)驗和計算機(jī)仿真計算提出的,方案的可行性有待于通過施工過程的進(jìn)一步證實和總結(jié),通過施工—測量—判斷—修正—預(yù)告—施工的循環(huán)過程,實現(xiàn)理論與實踐的完美結(jié)合,達(dá)到提高工程質(zhì)量的目的。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the engineering characteristics of the animation bridge, innovates on the basis of the current construction project quality management and control mode, and studies the quality control method of the high difficulty engineering project with the aid of modern technology. The final quality control scheme is guaranteed by multiple layers, and the 6 蟽 quality management idea is fully reflected in the research work. First of all, the paper will deeply study the basic theory and method of construction project quality management and the history of development, thoroughly understand the characteristics and influencing factors of construction project quality, and clarify the role of quality management subject and quality plan. The aim is to strengthen the guidance of management theory to the quality control of engineering construction projects. Then, the author uses the traditional total quality management method and ISO9000 family quality standard, draws lessons from the management experience of the construction enterprise, combines the animation bridge engineering practice, completes the animation bridge quality management system design and the engineering quality control measure. Emphasis is placed on the measures of organization guarantee, system guarantee and work guarantee, and the measures of the prior control, the control in the course of the project construction, and the control after the event, so as to prevent the occurrence of the hidden trouble of the quality. Finally, using causality analysis method, the author should grasp the key process of construction of steel arch tower of animation bridge by means of quantitative analysis tools such as ABC law and AHP analysis method, and deeply analyze the control points and countermeasures in the process of project implementation. Following the PDCA cycle of total quality management, this paper puts forward the quality control methods in various stages, such as the construction of arch rib and site splicing, the whole vertical rotation of arch rib and the installation of cable, which affect the quality of steel arch tower bridge. It lays the foundation for the steel arch tower construction to be installed according to the design target and creates wealth for the modern engineering management of the construction enterprise. The quality control scheme of animation bridge is based on similar engineering experience and computer simulation calculation. The feasibility of the scheme needs to be further confirmed and summarized through the construction process. Through the cycle process of construction, measurement, judgment, correction, forecast and construction, the perfect combination of theory and practice is realized, and the purpose of improving engineering quality is achieved.
