【摘要】：近幾年,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。作為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)重要分支的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)以其高度的知識(shí)密集、資金密集和勞動(dòng)密集等特點(diǎn)成為21世紀(jì)最具希望的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),世界各國(guó)政府紛紛制定各種政策制度來(lái)完善本國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展尚處于初級(jí)階段,仍然存在著諸多問(wèn)題阻礙其發(fā)展。比如,缺乏專業(yè)人才、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度不夠、政策環(huán)境欠佳等。而制約動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素則是動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的完善與否。 在這樣的背景下,本文以遼寧省的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈作為研究對(duì)象。首先分析了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的贏利模式和特點(diǎn),分析了各個(gè)國(guó)家動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,總結(jié)出影響動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的諸多因素。然后從動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈影響因素入手,提出動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì);采用信度分析、因子分析等方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并最終確立各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),構(gòu)建了動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,結(jié)合遼寧省動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)在政策、市場(chǎng)、環(huán)境和技術(shù)四個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了一條適合遼寧省省情的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,并對(duì)如何加強(qiáng)完善動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, creative industries are getting more and more attention. As an important branch of creative industry, animation industry has become the most promising sunrise industry in the 21st century because of its highly knowledge-intensive, capital-intensive and labor-intensive characteristics. Governments around the world have formulated various policies and systems to improve the development of their animation industry. Compared with the developed countries, the development of China's animation industry is still in the primary stage, there are still many problems hindering its development. For example, lack of professional personnel, intellectual property protection is not enough, poor policy environment. And the key factor restricting the development of animation industry is the perfection of animation industry chain. Under this background, this article takes Liaoning Province animation industry chain as the research object. Firstly, this paper analyzes the profit model and characteristics of the animation industry chain in developed countries, analyzes the advantages of the animation industry chain in various countries, and summarizes many factors that affect the development of the animation industry chain. Then from the animation industry chain impact factors, put forward the animation industry chain evaluation indicators, through a questionnaire survey to carry out data statistics; using reliability analysis, factor analysis and other methods to verify, Finally, the weight coefficient of each evaluation index is established, and the evaluation index system of animation industry chain is constructed. Finally, combining the current situation of Liaoning animation industry in four aspects: policy, market, environment and technology, this paper constructs a cartoon industry chain suitable for Liaoning province, and puts forward some policy recommendations on how to strengthen and perfect the animation industry chain.
