【摘要】： 隨著國家對動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)扶植力度的加強,在動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條的各個環(huán)節(jié)中形成了對人才大量需求的態(tài)勢。但由于對動漫創(chuàng)作的片面理解和培養(yǎng)體制及培養(yǎng)方式的不健全,致使在人才的培養(yǎng)上過多的強調電腦的作用忽略了手繪基本功的培養(yǎng),出現(xiàn)了動漫專業(yè)相當一部分學生畢業(yè)后不能勝任一線原創(chuàng)工作需要,而專業(yè)制作單位又苦于找不到得力的原創(chuàng)人員的尷尬現(xiàn)象。本論文基于上述的問題,從繪畫、漫畫的國內外現(xiàn)狀；高校的培養(yǎng)機制、漫畫專業(yè)學生現(xiàn)狀調查等各個層面分析,討論當前中國動漫人才培養(yǎng)中出現(xiàn)的問題。提出加強手繪基本功訓練并讓手繪成為習慣的意見。建議在動漫專業(yè)訓練中細分專業(yè),將手繪基本功(速寫)列為主導課程,把訓練貫穿于四年的學習中,形成延續(xù)性教學并提出論據(jù)。本文首先對漫畫的含義進行了闡述,并對現(xiàn)代漫畫和西方傳統(tǒng)繪畫的傳承關系做了詳細的分析;總結出了漫畫的創(chuàng)作必需需要堅實的繪畫造型能力支持的論點,并在此基礎上對西方繪畫中的素描速寫和大師對素描的論述；從素描速寫到漫畫創(chuàng)作演變的內在規(guī)律等方面作了深入的研究；最后,通過對各大藝術院校動漫專業(yè)課程設置,培養(yǎng)方法等的調研和對即將報考動漫專業(yè)的考生以及即將畢業(yè)的動漫專業(yè)學生的問卷調查等方式,理論結合實際調查,提出在動漫人才培訓的過程中堅持素描(速寫)基本功持續(xù)性訓練的觀點,為動漫教育機構提出改善教學的合理性建議,以更適應市場目標需要,培養(yǎng)出更多合格的動漫人才。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of the national support for the animation industry, a large number of talent demand has been formed in each link of the animation industry chain. However, due to the one-sided understanding of animation creation and the imperfect training system and training methods, the emphasis on the role of computers in the cultivation of talents has neglected the cultivation of the basic skills of hand-drawing. Animation major a considerable number of students after graduation can not be competent for original work needs, and professional production units are struggling to find the embarrassment of the original staff. Based on the above problems, this paper analyzes the current situation of drawing and comics at home and abroad, the cultivation mechanism of colleges and universities, the survey of students majoring in comic books and so on, and discusses the problems existing in the cultivation of animation talents in China. Put forward the idea of strengthening the basic skill training of hand painting and making it a habit. It is suggested that the major should be subdivided in the training of animation specialty, the basic skill of hand drawing (sketch) should be listed as the leading course, and the training should be run through the study of four years to form the continuous teaching and put forward the argument. In this paper, the meaning of comics is first expounded, and the relationship between modern comics and traditional western paintings is analyzed in detail, and the argument that the creation of comics must be supported by solid painting modeling ability is summarized. On this basis, the author makes a deep research on the sketch in the western painting and the exposition of the master on the sketch; the inherent law of the evolution from the sketch to the cartoon creation; finally, through the design of the animation courses in the major art colleges and universities, The research of training methods and the questionnaire survey of the examinees who are about to enter for the animation major and the students who will graduate from the animation major, etc., the theory is combined with the actual investigation. In order to meet the needs of the market and train more qualified animation talents, the author puts forward the idea of continuous training of sketch basic skills in the process of training animation talents, and puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve the teaching of animation education institutions in order to meet the needs of the market.
