【摘要】：鑒于我國(guó)當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)期刊評(píng)價(jià)的一些弊端和危害,加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)共同體評(píng)價(jià)的作用已成為完善學(xué)術(shù)期刊評(píng)價(jià)體系的迫切要求。信賴評(píng)估不但是同行評(píng)議的一種重要方式,而且彰顯了讀者和作者的評(píng)價(jià)主體地位。信賴評(píng)估借力于學(xué)術(shù)期刊數(shù)字化,充分發(fā)揮其收集反饋信息便捷、互動(dòng)性強(qiáng)以及傳播方式快速便捷等優(yōu)勢(shì),不但可以吸收過(guò)去期刊評(píng)價(jià)中專家定性評(píng)價(jià)的合理成分,還可以憑借獨(dú)特的視角和方法在學(xué)術(shù)道德規(guī)范、媒介公信力建設(shè)中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the disadvantages and harm of the evaluation of academic journals in our country, strengthening the function of the evaluation of academic community has become the urgent requirement of perfecting the evaluation system of academic journals. Trust assessment is not only an important way of peer review, but also the subject of readers and authors. Trust assessment can take advantage of the digitization of academic journals, give full play to its advantages of convenient collection of feedback information, strong interactivity and rapid and convenient dissemination. It can not only absorb the reasonable elements of expert qualitative evaluation in the past periodical evaluation. It can also play an important role in the construction of media credibility.
