【摘要】：為促進學術期刊數(shù)字出版快速、穩(wěn)定和良性的發(fā)展,分析了當前學術類期刊數(shù)字出版中存在的影響數(shù)字出版的一些因素,如:人力、物力匱乏,數(shù)字出版業(yè)績未納入考核制度,傳統(tǒng)出版編輯數(shù)字化意識薄弱,受紙媒出版時間和出版頁碼影響的DOI編排格式不利于數(shù)字優(yōu)先出版的發(fā)展。針對目前數(shù)字化出版環(huán)境背景下迫切需要解決的縮短論文發(fā)表周期、擴大期刊國際影響力、加快編輯和排版論文的速度等問題,提出了轉(zhuǎn)型期學術類期刊可以采取開放獲取、加盟大型出版社、自立門戶網(wǎng)站這3種數(shù)字出版模式。分析了這3種數(shù)字出版模式在學術類期刊中存在的一些問題,并針對這些問題提出了解決問題的方法和途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the rapid, stable and benign development of digital publishing of academic journals, this paper analyzes some factors that affect digital publishing in academic journals, such as the shortage of manpower and material resources, and the fact that the achievements of digital publishing are not included in the examination system. The digital consciousness of traditional publishing editors is weak, and the DOI format, which is influenced by the publishing time and page number, is not conducive to the development of digital priority publishing. In view of the urgent problems such as shortening the publication period, expanding the international influence of journals and speeding up the speed of editing and typesetting papers, which need to be solved urgently under the background of the current digital publishing environment, this paper puts forward that the academic journals can be opened to obtain in the transitional period. Join big publishing house, set up portal website these 3 kinds of digital publish mode. This paper analyzes some problems existing in these three digital publishing modes in academic journals, and puts forward some ways and means to solve these problems.
