【摘要】：本文介紹了一種新的期刊出版模式——優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版。它是指論文先于學(xué)術(shù)期刊印刷版在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上出版,最主要的特點(diǎn)是出版速度快。這種出版模式在國際上已經(jīng)形成一種出版趨勢,并影響國內(nèi)。它縮短了期刊周期,加快學(xué)術(shù)成果面世和被認(rèn)可,滿足人們對內(nèi)容時(shí)效性的更高要求;有利于發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)與紙質(zhì)兩種媒體的互補(bǔ)優(yōu)勢;有利于促進(jìn)期刊數(shù)字出版轉(zhuǎn)型;有利于增強(qiáng)出版能力,促進(jìn)提高期刊質(zhì)量,提高我國科技軟實(shí)力。最后指出,優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版既要有好的論文,又要有專業(yè)化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版平臺(tái),專業(yè)的分工,方可有效實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字出版價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a new mode of periodical publishing-priority digital publishing. It refers to the publication of papers on the Internet before the printed edition of academic journals, the most important feature of which is the speed of publication. This kind of publishing mode has formed a kind of publishing trend in the world, and has influenced the domestic. It shortens the periodical cycle, speeds up the publication and recognition of academic achievements, meets the higher requirements for the timeliness of the content, helps to give full play to the complementary advantages of the two media, such as the network and the paper, and promotes the transformation of digital publishing of periodicals. It is beneficial to enhance the publishing ability, to improve the quality of periodicals and to improve the soft power of science and technology in our country. Finally, it is pointed out that priority digital publishing must have good papers, professional network publishing platform and professional division of labor to realize the value of digital publishing effectively.
