【摘要】：隨著新聞出版和文化事業(yè)改革的不斷深入,學(xué)術(shù)期刊吃皇糧旱澇保收的日子即將終結(jié)。學(xué)術(shù)期刊必須更新辦刊觀念,樹立學(xué)術(shù)期刊也是商品的經(jīng)營意識,在創(chuàng)造社會效益的同時,不斷創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟效益。學(xué)術(shù)期刊的社會效益與經(jīng)濟效益是一個有機統(tǒng)一體,社會效益居首位,經(jīng)濟效益服務(wù)于社會效益;沒有經(jīng)濟效益,也就沒有社會效益;社會效益是目的,經(jīng)濟效益是手段,目的通過手段實現(xiàn)。學(xué)術(shù)期刊的經(jīng)營意識一是指學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)營意識,二是指市場經(jīng)營意識。學(xué)術(shù)期刊在市場營銷中的經(jīng)營核心應(yīng)該是追求"質(zhì)量規(guī)模",即學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量、品牌影響帶來的論文發(fā)表收入及其由此衍生的學(xué)術(shù)活動、版權(quán)合作貿(mào)易等收益。在經(jīng)營策略上,學(xué)術(shù)期刊應(yīng)當(dāng)重點圍繞人力資源策略、經(jīng)營創(chuàng)新策略、市場定位策略、特色品牌策略、擴大容量策略、縮短刊期策略、以人為本策略、機制創(chuàng)新策略狠抓"質(zhì)量規(guī)模"經(jīng)營,努力提高學(xué)術(shù)期刊的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of press and publication and the reform of culture, the days when academic journals eat the emperor's grain and guarantee the harvest are coming to an end. Academic journals must renew the concept of running journals, establish the management consciousness of academic periodicals as well as commodity, and create economic benefits while creating social benefits. The social and economic benefits of academic journals are an organic unity, with social benefits first, economic benefits serving social benefits; without economic benefits, there is no social benefit; social benefits are the purpose, and economic benefits are the means. The aim was achieved by means of means. The management consciousness of academic periodical refers to academic management consciousness and market management consciousness. The core of the management of academic journals in marketing should be the pursuit of "quality scale", that is, the income from academic quality, the publication of papers brought about by brand influence, and the resulting academic activities, copyright cooperative trade and so on. In terms of management strategy, academic journals should focus on human resource strategy, management innovation strategy, market positioning strategy, characteristic brand strategy, expanding capacity strategy, shortening publication period strategy, people-oriented strategy. Mechanism innovation strategy should pay close attention to "quality scale" management and strive to improve the core competitiveness of academic journals.
