交際策略的研究內(nèi)容及方法的探究

【摘要】: 交際策略作為交際能力的一個組成要素,對二語或外語學(xué)習(xí)者是十分重要的,因為這些策略能彌補他們語言知識的不足,能幫助他們解決或處理各種交際問題,使交際渠道保持順暢,讓交際得以順利進行。交際策略研究表明,有效地使用交際策略對于二語習(xí)得者彌補有限語言資源和避免交際失敗具有重大意義。交際策略研究在國內(nèi)外日益興起并廣泛開展。本文采用文獻研究的方法,調(diào)查和比較了國內(nèi)外交際策略的相關(guān)資料并進行深入分析,從研究內(nèi)容和研究方法兩個方面對國內(nèi)外交際策略的研究情況進行探討。 本文的研究對象為1997年至2007年在國內(nèi)外二十九種核心期刊雜志上發(fā)表的123篇交際策略研究論文,其中國內(nèi)的67篇文章來源于國內(nèi)十六種外語類核心期刊;國外的56篇文章選自十三種國外應(yīng)用語言學(xué)及二語習(xí)得類的學(xué)術(shù)期刊。每篇文章都從研究內(nèi)容和研究方法兩個方面進行分析。根據(jù)已有研究成果和對現(xiàn)有資料的分析,作者對國內(nèi)外論文的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法進行了分類。在研究內(nèi)容上,基本分為理論與研究方法、二語習(xí)得中的策略使用狀況、交際策略使用影響因素、交際策略教學(xué)及培訓(xùn)和專題等五個方面。在研究方法上,每篇文章首先進行實證研究或者非實證研究分類,實證研究類文章隨后又按照定性、定量和兩者混合研究的范疇進行分類。 研究結(jié)果表明,國內(nèi)外交際策略研究在研究內(nèi)容方面的側(cè)重點各有不同,在研究方法方面存在明顯的差異。綜合國內(nèi)外交際策略研究成果的分析與比較,可以得出:國內(nèi)外在研究趨勢上的不同給我國交際策略研究提出了一定的啟示。從研究方法上看,為了進行更可靠的研究,必須加強實證研究方法的運用。另外,為了提高研究的信度和效度,應(yīng)將定量研究和定性方法結(jié)合起來,而不僅僅是局限于其中的一種方法。本文作者希望此次研究能為中國交際策略的研究帶來新的啟示,從而為更好地促進二語習(xí)得者的交際能力做一份貢獻。
[Abstract]:As an essential element of communicative competence, communicative strategies are very important to second language or foreign language learners, because they can make up for their lack of knowledge and help them solve or deal with various communication problems. Make communication channel keep smooth, let communication go smoothly. The study of communicative strategies shows that the effective use of communicative strategies is of great significance for L2 learners to make up for limited language resources and avoid communication failure. The study of communication strategies is emerging and widely carried out both at home and abroad. This paper investigates and compares the relevant materials of communication strategies at home and abroad and makes a thorough analysis of them by using the method of literature research, and probes into the research situation of communication strategies both at home and abroad from the aspects of research contents and research methods. The research subjects of this paper are 123 communication strategy research papers published in 29 core journals at home and abroad from 1997 to 2007, of which 67 articles come from 16 core foreign language journals. The 56 articles are selected from 13 foreign academic journals of applied linguistics and second language acquisition. Each article is analyzed from two aspects: research content and research methods. According to the existing research results and the analysis of the existing data, the author classifies the research contents and methods of the papers at home and abroad. The content of the study is divided into five aspects: theory and research methods, strategy use in second language acquisition, factors affecting communication strategy use, communicative strategy teaching and training and topics. In terms of research methods, each article first carries out empirical research or non-empirical research classification, then empirical research articles are classified according to the categories of qualitative, quantitative and mixed research. The results show that the emphasis of communicative strategy research is different and the research methods are different. Based on the analysis and comparison of the research results of communication strategies at home and abroad, it can be concluded that the differences in research trends at home and abroad give some enlightenment to the study of communication strategies in China. In order to carry out more reliable research, we must strengthen the application of empirical research methods. In addition, in order to improve the reliability and validity of the research, quantitative research and qualitative methods should be combined, not just one of them. The author hopes that this study will bring new inspiration to the study of communication strategies in China and thus contribute to the better promotion of the communicative competence of second language learners.
