【摘要】："以刊評文"的媒介基礎是期刊與論文的同步傳播,數(shù)據(jù)庫傳播形態(tài)否定了"以刊評文"的媒介基礎。未來的期刊評價應該立"以文評刊"廢"以刊評文"�？慕Y構關系、刊文傳播關系、刊人時段關系、文題傳承關系是社科學術期刊的內在邏輯,也是社科學術期刊評價科學有效的主要參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The media basis of "evaluating articles by periodicals" is the synchronous dissemination of periodicals and papers, and the form of database communication negates the media basis of "evaluating articles by periodicals". In the future, periodical evaluation should be established as "comment on articles" and "scraps". The internal logic of the social science academic journals is the relationship of the structure of the journal, the communication of the publication, the time period of the journal and the inheritance of the title. It is also the main parameter of the scientific and effective evaluation of the academic journal of the social science.
