【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國學(xué)術(shù)期刊快速發(fā)展,辦刊質(zhì)量有很大提高。但與此同時(shí),期刊發(fā)行量少,學(xué)術(shù)影響力不足。期刊學(xué)術(shù)影響力一直是社會(huì)和學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。學(xué)術(shù)期刊作為刊載學(xué)術(shù)論文和科研成果的載體,對科學(xué)技術(shù)和社會(huì)進(jìn)步起到了一定的推動(dòng)作用。期刊評價(jià)經(jīng)歷了30多年的歷程,學(xué)術(shù)期刊的評價(jià)是期刊質(zhì)量發(fā)展的的“指揮棒”,是期刊工作者和圖書情報(bào)研究人員研究的重要課題。 學(xué)術(shù)期刊質(zhì)量的傳統(tǒng)評價(jià)方法,無論是國內(nèi)還是國外都主要以單指標(biāo)評價(jià)為主。單指標(biāo)評價(jià)主要集中在影響因子指標(biāo),影響因子指標(biāo)易于操作,便于比較。但是采用影響因子指標(biāo)存在一定的局限性。學(xué)科的不同、期刊性質(zhì)的不同、引用行為的不確定性等,例如錯(cuò)引、自引、漏引等均會(huì)不同程度的影響期刊質(zhì)量的評價(jià)。因此本文提出了學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的綜合評價(jià)。 本文以信息計(jì)量學(xué)為研究基礎(chǔ)。旨在探索學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建。在構(gòu)建的過程中創(chuàng)新性的提出了高被引論文的比例,web高下載論文比例作為評價(jià)指標(biāo)。并且論證了采用高被引論文的比例,Web高下載論文比例作為評價(jià)指標(biāo)的合理性。然后,探索性的構(gòu)建了學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。并且運(yùn)用構(gòu)建出的指標(biāo)體系對管理學(xué)主要期刊進(jìn)行了學(xué)術(shù)影響力分析。 本文分為六個(gè)部分： 第一章介紹了國內(nèi)外期刊評價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀,并且總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外期刊評價(jià)存在的問題與不足之處。 第二章作為基礎(chǔ)性章節(jié),論述了學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的概念以及學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的構(gòu)成要素。并且論述了學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力評價(jià)中應(yīng)注意的幾個(gè)問題,重點(diǎn)闡述學(xué)術(shù)論文影響力、核心期刊影響力、傳播方式等與學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的關(guān)系與區(qū)別。 第三章承上啟下,首先介紹了現(xiàn)行學(xué)術(shù)期刊評價(jià)模式；然后介紹了學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的定性評價(jià)；其次分析了學(xué)術(shù)期刊的單指標(biāo)評價(jià)體系與多指標(biāo)評價(jià)體系；最后,分析了學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系存在的一些問題。 第四章介紹了學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建。主要介紹了綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系選取的原則、各指標(biāo)體系選取的原因。 第五章是一個(gè)實(shí)證研究。以管理學(xué)主要期刊為評價(jià)對象,以第四章中構(gòu)建的評價(jià)體系為理論基礎(chǔ)。評價(jià)了管理類期刊的學(xué)術(shù)影響力。評價(jià)結(jié)果更為符合客觀實(shí)際。 第六章為總結(jié)性章節(jié)。總結(jié)了期刊綜合評價(jià)中應(yīng)把握的幾個(gè)問題。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, academic journals in China have developed rapidly and the quality of periodicals has been greatly improved, but at the same time, the circulation of periodicals is small. Academic influence is not enough. Academic influence of periodicals has always been the focus of social and academic attention. Academic journals as a carrier of academic papers and scientific research results. The evaluation of journals has experienced more than 30 years, and the evaluation of academic journals is the "baton" of the development of periodical quality. It is an important subject for periodical workers and library and information researchers. The traditional evaluation method of academic periodical quality is mainly single index evaluation, which is mainly focused on the influence factor index, and the influence factor index is easy to operate. It is easy to compare. However, there are some limitations in using the index of influence factors, such as different disciplines, different nature of periodicals, uncertainty of citation behavior, such as misquotation and self-citation. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation of the influence of academic journals is put forward in this paper. Based on information metrology, this paper aims to explore the construction of comprehensive evaluation index system for the influence of academic journals. The proportion of web high download papers is used as the evaluation index, and the rationality of using the ratio of high citation papers and web high download papers as the evaluation index is demonstrated. Then. This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of the influence of academic journals, and analyzes the academic influence of the main journals of management by using the index system. This paper is divided into six parts: The first chapter introduces the current situation of periodical evaluation at home and abroad, and summarizes the problems and shortcomings of periodical evaluation at home and abroad. The second chapter, as a basic chapter, discusses the concept of the influence of academic journals and the constituent elements of the influence of academic journals, and discusses several issues that should be paid attention to in the evaluation of the influence of academic journals. The relationship and difference between the influence of academic papers, the influence of core journals and the mode of communication are discussed. The third chapter introduces the current evaluation model of academic journals. Then it introduces the qualitative evaluation of the influence of academic journals. Secondly, the single-index evaluation system and the multi-index evaluation system of academic journals are analyzed. Finally, some problems in the evaluation index system of academic journals' influence are analyzed. Chapter 4th introduces the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the influence of academic journals, mainly introduces the selection principles of the comprehensive evaluation index system and the reasons for the selection of each index system. Chapter 5th is an empirical study. Based on the evaluation system set up in Chapter 4th, this paper evaluates the academic influence of management journals. The evaluation results are more in line with the objective reality. Chapter 6th is a summative chapter. This paper summarizes some problems that should be grasped in the comprehensive evaluation of periodicals.
