試論教育期刊編輯對(duì)中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用

【摘要】:教育期刊是中小學(xué)教師展示研究成果的平臺(tái),同時(shí)也為他們的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供專業(yè)的對(duì)話。目前教育期刊有一些定位的問(wèn)題:理論性偏強(qiáng),文章偏長(zhǎng),專業(yè)性術(shù)語(yǔ)過(guò)多;文章晦澀難懂,與中小學(xué)教師不是一個(gè)話語(yǔ)體系;什么都發(fā)的大雜燴教育期刊,文章都是過(guò)時(shí)的教育經(jīng)驗(yàn);跟蹤時(shí)下的教育熱點(diǎn)。同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),教育期刊編輯對(duì)中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù)存在一定的不足:與作者群體、讀者群體關(guān)系調(diào)適的主觀作為不足;對(duì)教育的關(guān)注度不足,職業(yè)倦怠感較強(qiáng);教育期刊社對(duì)人力資源的培養(yǎng)欠缺與市場(chǎng)的對(duì)接,拓展新服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的不足等定位問(wèn)題。如何使教育期刊可持續(xù)發(fā)展,為中小學(xué)教師更好地服務(wù),教育期刊編輯應(yīng)正確定位自身的角色:正確定位編輯的雙重屬性;教育期刊編輯要研究教育,懂教育;參與一線教師的繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn),形成學(xué)術(shù)共同體在合作中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,尋找解決策略。
[Abstract]:Educational journals are a platform for primary and secondary school teachers to show their research results, and also provide professional dialogue for their professional development. At present, there are some problems in the orientation of educational journals: the theoretical nature is too strong, the articles are too long, the professional terms are too many, the articles are obscure and difficult to understand, and they are not the same as the primary and secondary school teachers. Articles are outdated educational experiences; track current educational hot spots. At the same time, it is found that the editors of educational periodicals have some shortcomings in the professional development service of primary and secondary school teachers: the subjective action of adjusting the relationship with the author group and the reader group, the lack of attention to education, the strong sense of job burnout; The problems such as the lack of training of human resources and the connection of the market and the development of new service fields are also discussed. How to make the education periodical sustainable development and serve the primary and middle school teachers better, the editor of the education periodical should correctly position his own role: the double attribute of the correct orientation editor, the editor of the educational periodical should study education, understand the education; Participating in further education and training of teachers, forming academic community to find problems and find solutions in cooperation.
