【摘要】：正 成人教育期刊日益增多,諸多同仁新從事編輯工作,有一個較明確的質(zhì)量鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),顯得十分重要。筆者冒昧地談點膚淺之見。判定一個成人教育期刊辦得好與壞,首先應(yīng)該看其是否實現(xiàn)了辦刊的宗旨。做什么事,總要有一個明確的目的。目的達到了,才算是動機與效果的統(tǒng)一。辦刊物,仍然不能例外。依此,如果辦刊宗旨全實現(xiàn)了,就高,就好;如果只是部分達到了,
