【摘要】： 學(xué)術(shù)論文作為學(xué)術(shù)人員從事學(xué)術(shù)研究活動的最后表達(dá)形式之一,在學(xué)術(shù)行業(yè)特別是在高等學(xué)校中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。在我國高等教育系統(tǒng)中,近年來由于學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范不完善而造成的學(xué)術(shù)失范問題及其對我國學(xué)術(shù)事業(yè)的損害,日益引起學(xué)界和全社會公眾的關(guān)注,完善學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范、優(yōu)化學(xué)術(shù)研究環(huán)境的呼聲日益強(qiáng)烈。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究和案例研究方法,對我國高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范問題進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究。 本文以一個高校學(xué)報(bào)編輯的視角,從高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文發(fā)表的基本過程入手,討論了高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范的類型及其危害性,并對其形成原因進(jìn)行了剖析,在考察了美國遏止學(xué)術(shù)失范的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了遏止高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范的對策與建議。 本文認(rèn)為,高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范是制度因素、社會因素、文化因素、教師個人因素的綜合影響的結(jié)果。學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范不完善是高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的根本原因,學(xué)術(shù)人員科學(xué)精神的缺失是高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生內(nèi)在原因,學(xué)術(shù)懲戒處理不力、高校行政權(quán)力制約是高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范現(xiàn)象蔓延的重要原因,傳統(tǒng)文化影響是高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的文化原因,追求經(jīng)濟(jì)利益是高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生重要誘因。據(jù)此,本文提出通過制訂完整的學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范、強(qiáng)化學(xué)術(shù)期刊責(zé)任、建立嚴(yán)厲的懲戒機(jī)制、完善學(xué)術(shù)批評體系、加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)道德教育等措施遏止高校教師學(xué)術(shù)論文失范的對策建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the last expressions of academic research, academic papers play a more and more important role in academic field, especially in colleges and universities.In the higher education system of our country, the problem of academic anomie caused by the imperfection of academic norms in recent years and its damage to the academic cause of our country have increasingly attracted the attention of the academic circles and the whole public, and the academic norms have been perfected.There is a growing clamour to optimize the academic research environment.Based on the methods of literature research and case study, this paper makes a deep research on the problem of academic papers of college teachers in China.Starting from the basic process of academic papers published by university teachers, this paper discusses the types and harmfulness of academic papers of university teachers from the angle of editing a journal of colleges and universities, and analyzes the causes of their formation.On the basis of examining the successful experience of the United States in curbing academic anomie, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to curb the academic papers of university teachers.This paper holds that the academic papers of college teachers are the result of the comprehensive influence of institutional factors, social factors, cultural factors and teachers' personal factors.The lack of scientific spirit of academic staff is the internal cause of the phenomenon of academic papers in colleges and universities, and the academic disciplinary treatment is not good enough, because of the imperfect academic norms, and the lack of scientific spirit of academic personnel, and the lack of scientific spirit of academic personnel are the internal causes of the phenomenon.The restriction of university administrative power is an important reason for the spread of the phenomenon of academic papers in colleges and universities, and the influence of traditional culture is the cultural reason for the phenomenon of academic papers in colleges and universities.The pursuit of economic interests is an important inducement for the academic papers of university teachers to be out of order.On the basis of this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to prevent the academic papers of university teachers from losing their standard by making complete academic norms, strengthening the responsibility of academic journals, establishing strict disciplinary mechanism, perfecting the academic criticism system and strengthening the academic moral education and so on.
