1.Introduction:
The Nestlé Ski which is brand of yogurt that is available across the UK is enjoying the third leading share after Muller and DANONE (Mintel, 2009). The writer of this paper believes that through aggressive new product development the share of the organization in the yogurt industry in UK could be carried forward. Due to this reason the author of this paper who will assume the role of marketing manager for the sake of the accompanying marketing plan intend to introduce a new flavor termed as Nestlé Ski Strawberry and Raspberry flavor. The following marketing plan will elaborate the different phases of the marketing plan and what objectives the author of the paper wishes to accomplish for the first two years of the launch of product in the market.
