1. Introduction to Topic:
China has made remarkable progress after joining WTO back in December 2001 that has not only resulted in the entry of hundreds of multinational in the country, but also Multinational Corporations (MNCs) belonging to China are increasingly involved in exploiting the business potential in other parts of the world (Young, et al., 2006). The UK is one such market where different China-based organizations are exploiting the business potential in different fields of business. The transaction of overseeing business although provides different opportunities, nevertheless it also possesses different challenges. Most of the challenges the MNCs operating in other countries encounter vary because the cultural factors in different parts of the world. Organizations accomplish their long-term goals and objectives by working for and with people and behavior of people are affected by the culture to which they belong (Tonngton, et al., 2008).
