摘要

2013年以來，我國逐步強(qiáng)化對于工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、優(yōu)化，以實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化發(fā)展，同時通過工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)及機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化，進(jìn)一步推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展。優(yōu)化工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革是推動我國當(dāng)代工業(yè)發(fā)展新節(jié)點(diǎn)最佳方式，同時也是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的必然選擇。本文主要以騰沖工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)為例，通過深入的對其工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)、背景等方面的分析，進(jìn)一步制定騰沖今后的工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整優(yōu)化策略，進(jìn)而推動騰沖工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展。
本文在研究的過程中主要分為五大部分內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述，第一部分是對于騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況進(jìn)行一個介紹，同時對騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的背景環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。第二部分是對于騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)劣勢分析，進(jìn)而為問題的找出提供依據(jù)，第三部分是結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段騰沖市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)提出優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略的原則和方向，第四部分是綜合前文的分析，以戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整為基礎(chǔ)提出具體建議。

Abstract

Since 2013, China gradually strengthen for the adjustment of industrial structure, optimization, in order to achieve the development of the industrial structure optimization, also through the optimization of the industrial and institutional, to further promote the development of the regional economy to tell. Optimizing the industrial structure reform is the best way to promote the development of China's contemporary industry, at the same time, it is the inevitable choice to achieve the rapid development of China's national economy. In the course of the study, this paper takes the industrial structure of Tengchong as an example. Through the in-depth analysis of its industrial structure as well as the economy, background, to further develop Tengchong in the adjustment of industrial structure optimization strategy, and promote the fast and sustainable development of the industry of Tengchong.

In this paper, in the course of the study is divided into five parts in this paper. The first part is an introduction to Tengchong city industrial structure and the economic situation, at the same time, the background environment of Tengchong city industrial structure analysis. The second part is for the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Tengchong city of the industrial structure, and for the problems found to provide a basis. The third part is combined with at this stage in Tengchong city of the characteristics of the industrial structure optimization strategy principles and direction. The fourth part is based on the above analysis, the strategic adjustment to make concrete proposals based on.

引言

產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化也是迎合現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的規(guī)則體現(xiàn)，科學(xué)性的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是穩(wěn)步推動國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。就全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展而言，任何時期的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長都與經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化相伴而生，就我國也是如此，在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展過程中，積極推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化以及調(diào)整，強(qiáng)調(diào)效率、環(huán)保儼然已經(jīng)成為了我國當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。

騰沖市具有雄厚的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)，同時在發(fā)展的過程中，無論是從整體工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模還是從工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)總值上都具有較高的水準(zhǔn)。同時在騰沖市以往的發(fā)展過程中，工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)一直在整體經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)中占據(jù)較大的比重，隨著現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及社會需求的轉(zhuǎn)變，騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的滯后極大的影響了其工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的最大效應(yīng)展現(xiàn)，優(yōu)化工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)成為了騰沖市今后工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)提升的必然選擇，同時也是優(yōu)化騰沖市整體地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的基礎(chǔ)要求。

5結(jié)論與展望

工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是推動工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇，同時也是優(yōu)化工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)之路的必然趨勢。對于騰沖市而言，通過工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化，不僅能夠有效的推動當(dāng)前騰沖是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度，，同時還能夠創(chuàng)造騰沖工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長新節(jié)點(diǎn)。在本文的研究過程中，本文通過對于騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)騰沖市工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀中存在一些問題，騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的創(chuàng)新能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模以及人才支持等方面都具有一定的欠缺。通過本文的研究，我認(rèn)為在今后的發(fā)展過程中，騰沖市應(yīng)當(dāng)強(qiáng)化以新型工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)為發(fā)展方向，在此過程中逐步弱化對于傳統(tǒng)資源的依賴性，同時推動工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的提升；同時在騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的道路上，還需要政府的有效產(chǎn)業(yè)引導(dǎo)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚規(guī)模推動最終產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效提升，政府的引導(dǎo)主要可以通過相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的制定以及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的配套稅收優(yōu)惠、融資政策等進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。對于騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化是一個體系化的工程，需要通過多方面因素的協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)，進(jìn)而才能有效推動騰沖市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。由于時間以及精力的有限，本文的研究還存在一定的欠缺，有待于進(jìn)一步的完善補(bǔ)充。
