【摘要】：城市之間合作推動科技創(chuàng)新對區(qū)域協(xié)調發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實意義,為此需要對中國城市間科技合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡特點進行深入探索。作者基于高科技論文是科技創(chuàng)新的重要成果這一認識,追索跨城市高水平科技論文合作情況,構建由此形成的中國城市科技創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡矩陣,并據(jù)此考察2000年~2010年間其網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)結構特點及其演化趨勢。分析結果表明:城市科技創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡快速發(fā)展,但發(fā)展水平仍較低;網(wǎng)絡主導城市對跨區(qū)分布,而聯(lián)系鍵區(qū)位傾向性顯著,集中于東部城市之間;網(wǎng)絡主導城市構成相對穩(wěn)定,首位結點城市(北京)發(fā)展不足;凝聚子群開始發(fā)育,但不論是全國性還是區(qū)域性的高能級者發(fā)展皆不充分,最大者也僅為25城市規(guī)模,三大城市群均未形成完備凝聚子群。
[Abstract]:Promoting scientific and technological innovation among cities is of practical significance to regional coordinated development. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the characteristics of scientific and technological innovation network among cities in China. Based on the understanding that high-tech papers are important achievements of scientific and technological innovation, the author seeks for the cooperation of scientific and technological papers of high level across cities, and constructs the network matrix of scientific and technological innovation in Chinese cities. Based on this, the characteristics and evolution trend of network system structure from 2000 to 2010 are investigated. The results show that: the urban science and technology innovation network develops rapidly, but the level of development is still low, the network dominates the distribution of the cities across the region, and the location of the link key is obvious, which is concentrated between the eastern cities; The network dominant city is relatively stable and the first node city (Beijing) is underdeveloped. Coacervation subgroups began to develop, but both national and regional high-energy subgroups were not fully developed, and the largest ones were only 25 cities, and none of the three urban agglomerations formed a complete condensed subgroup.
