【摘要】：正1引言高�？茖W(xué)研究能力是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)研究和高技術(shù)前沿領(lǐng)域原始性創(chuàng)新能力的重要標(biāo)志,對(duì)國(guó)家未來(lái)能否在日趨激烈的全球科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)有利地位具有舉足輕重的影響。我國(guó)"985工程"高校是國(guó)家科技創(chuàng)新的重要力量,國(guó)家實(shí)施"985工程"8年來(lái),這些高�？蒲袪顩r如何呢?本文選取2006年有代表性的20所"985工程"高校學(xué)報(bào)(自然科學(xué)版和工學(xué)版)作為調(diào)研對(duì)象,從基金論文的數(shù)量、基金論
[Abstract]:Introduction 1 the scientific research ability of colleges and universities is an important symbol to measure the original innovation ability of a country's basic research and high-tech frontier field. It has an important influence on whether the country can occupy a favorable position in the increasingly fierce global science and technology competition in the future. Our country "985 project" the university is the national science and technology innovation important force, the country implements "the 985 project" 8 years, these colleges and universities scientific research condition how? This paper selects 20 representative "985 engineering" university journals (natural science edition and engineering edition) as the research object in 2006, from the number of fund papers, fund theory.
