【摘要】：正1引言隨著世界各國科學(xué)基金制的日趨完善,科學(xué)基金資助規(guī)模的不斷擴大,科學(xué)基金的總體績效評估受到各國政府和公眾的普遍關(guān)注。據(jù)報道,美國每年都開展科學(xué)基金績效的評估,日本和德國也做過類似的嘗試,由于國際上關(guān)于科學(xué)基金績效評估的研究還沒有成形的模式,加之以往缺少科學(xué)、權(quán)威
[Abstract]:Introduction: with the improvement of science foundation system and the expansion of science fund support scale, the overall performance evaluation of science fund has been widely concerned by governments and the public. It is reported that the whole performance evaluation of science fund has been paid more and more attention to by the government and the public. In the United States, science fund performance evaluation is carried out every year, Japan and Germany have made similar attempts, because the international research on science fund performance evaluation has not yet formed a model, coupled with the lack of science, authority in the past.
