【摘要】：作為知識生產(chǎn)的消費(fèi)者和生產(chǎn)者,研究生在大學(xué)科研群體處于獨(dú)一無二的位置。從知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的視角,發(fā)表論文對于研究生涉及到署名權(quán)、專利權(quán)等一系列知識產(chǎn)權(quán)問題。地方大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)重視研究生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)問題,不僅是促進(jìn)、培養(yǎng)研究生作者群的重要措施,也是發(fā)揮知識傳播社會(huì)價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As consumers and producers of knowledge production, graduate students are in a unique position in the university scientific research community. From the perspective of intellectual property, publishing papers for graduate students involves a series of intellectual property issues such as authorship, patent rights and so on. Local university journals attach importance to the intellectual property rights of graduate students, which is not only an important measure to promote and cultivate the authors of graduate students, but also the basis of giving full play to the social value of knowledge dissemination.
