【摘要】：目前,我國高校學報存在諸多需要解決的問題,其中,編輯規(guī)范、編輯技術(shù)、辦刊體制等問題已有不少的論述,但有關(guān)辦刊動力、辦刊機制的研究鮮有專論。本文僅就學術(shù)期刊的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,結(jié)合我國高校學報面臨的困境,剖析并借鑒了《哈佛法律評論》的學生本位機制,詳細討論了其辦刊理念,提出了我國高校學報的另類思考,闡述了高校學報與學生的互動機制,對促進高校學報發(fā)展以有益的啟迪。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems that need to be solved in the journals of colleges and universities in China. Among them, the editorial norms, editing techniques, and publishing system have been discussed, but there are few monographs on the motive force and mechanism of running journals.Based on the inherent law of academic journals and the difficulties faced by journals of colleges and universities in China, this paper analyzes and draws lessons from the student-oriented mechanism of Harvard Law Review, discusses in detail the idea of running journals, and puts forward some alternative thoughts on journals of colleges and universities in China.This paper expounds the interactive mechanism between college journals and students, which is beneficial to promote the development of university journals.
