【摘要】：高校學(xué)報編輯是信息和知識的傳播者,其"職業(yè)高原"現(xiàn)象令人堪憂。其表現(xiàn)形式及自身特點,既反映了期刊編輯縱向發(fā)展機(jī)會短缺,又體現(xiàn)了期刊的邊緣化地位,同時也表現(xiàn)了編輯的自我矮化和個人價值實現(xiàn)的低需求。要改變這一現(xiàn)狀,就需要積極推進(jìn)體制改革,進(jìn)行崗位輪換,修正目標(biāo)、調(diào)整自我期待,做好職業(yè)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:The journal editors of colleges and universities are the disseminators of information and knowledge. The phenomenon of "professional plateau" is worrisome. Its form of expression and its own characteristics not only reflect the shortage of opportunities for periodical editors to develop vertically, but also reflect the marginalization of periodicals. At the same time, it also shows the editor's self-dwarfing and the low demand of personal value realization. To change this situation, we should actively promote the system reform, carry on the post rotation, revise the goal, adjust the self-expectation, and make the career plan well.
