【摘要】：我國數(shù)字出版發(fā)展迅猛,傳統(tǒng)出版和數(shù)字出版融合發(fā)展使得編輯出版行業(yè)發(fā)生重大的變革,高校學(xué)報正處在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要時期。針對高校學(xué)報數(shù)字出版整體水平不高,且呈現(xiàn)明顯的參差不齊的現(xiàn)象,及在數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型升級、傳統(tǒng)出版與數(shù)字出版融合發(fā)展中存在的一些問題,探討了高校學(xué)報數(shù)字出版轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展應(yīng)采取的策略。研究認(rèn)為,應(yīng)堅持學(xué)報內(nèi)容建設(shè)為根本,數(shù)字技術(shù)為支撐,重視學(xué)報網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),培養(yǎng)新技術(shù)編輯出版隊伍,把握新媒體技術(shù)發(fā)展契機,轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)出版觀念和工作模式,借助新媒體技術(shù),加快學(xué)報編輯出版數(shù)字化進程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of digital publishing in China, the integration of traditional publishing and digital publishing has made great changes in the editing and publishing industry. The journals of colleges and universities are in an important period of transformation and development. The overall level of digital publishing of university journals is not high. It also presents the obvious uneven phenomenon, and some problems existing in the digital transformation and upgrading, the integration of traditional publishing and digital publishing, discusses the strategies that should be adopted in the transformation and development of the digital publishing of university journals. We should insist on the construction of journal content as the foundation, the digital technology as the support, attach importance to the construction of the journal network, train the team of editors and publishers of the new technology, grasp the opportunity of the development of the new media technology, change the traditional publishing concept and work mode, and make use of the new media technology. Speed up the digitization process of journal editing and publishing.
