【摘要】：正皮膚外科作為皮膚科重要的亞學科,20世紀后半葉在歐美國家發(fā)展蓬勃,其中美國規(guī)定在教學醫(yī)院皮膚科必須設置皮膚外科,訓練皮膚科住院醫(yī)師的基本皮膚外科技術。在我國50年代,由于麻風病診治歸屬皮膚科學范疇,大量皮膚科醫(yī)師開始學習矯形技術,隨之一大批手藝精湛的皮膚科醫(yī)師成長為麻風病患畸形矯治隊伍中的領軍人物,特別是近幾年來皮膚外科在我國再次飛速發(fā)展,很多技術已逐步與世界接軌。追溯學科的發(fā)展,皮膚外科與整形外科存有很多交叉,現(xiàn)代整形外科的若干項新技
[Abstract]:As an important subdiscipline of dermatology, dermatology developed vigorously in Europe and America in the latter half of the 20th century. The United States stipulated that dermatology must be set up in the dermatology department of teaching hospital. In 50s, a large number of dermatologists began to learn orthopedic techniques due to the fact that the diagnosis and treatment of leprosy fell under the category of dermatology. With this, a large number of skilled dermatologists have become leaders in the treatment of leprosy deformity, especially in recent years, skin surgery has been developing rapidly again in our country. Many technologies have been gradually brought into line with the world.
