【摘要】：正皮膚外科作為皮膚科重要的亞學(xué)科,20世紀(jì)后半葉在歐美國(guó)家發(fā)展蓬勃,其中美國(guó)規(guī)定在教學(xué)醫(yī)院皮膚科必須設(shè)置皮膚外科,訓(xùn)練皮膚科住院醫(yī)師的基本皮膚外科技術(shù)。在我國(guó)50年代,由于麻風(fēng)病診治歸屬皮膚科學(xué)范疇,大量皮膚科醫(yī)師開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)矯形技術(shù),隨之一大批手藝精湛的皮膚科醫(yī)師成長(zhǎng)為麻風(fēng)病患畸形矯治隊(duì)伍中的領(lǐng)軍人物,特別是近幾年來(lái)皮膚外科在我國(guó)再次飛速發(fā)展,很多技術(shù)已逐步與世界接軌。追溯學(xué)科的發(fā)展,皮膚外科與整形外科存有很多交叉,現(xiàn)代整形外科的若干項(xiàng)新技
[Abstract]:As an important subdiscipline of dermatology, dermatology developed vigorously in Europe and America in the latter half of the 20th century. The United States stipulated that dermatology must be set up in the dermatology department of teaching hospital. In 50s, a large number of dermatologists began to learn orthopedic techniques due to the fact that the diagnosis and treatment of leprosy fell under the category of dermatology. With this, a large number of skilled dermatologists have become leaders in the treatment of leprosy deformity, especially in recent years, skin surgery has been developing rapidly again in our country. Many technologies have been gradually brought into line with the world. Tracing back to the development of the subject, there are many cross between skin surgery and plastic surgery, and a number of new techniques of modern plastic surgery
