【摘要】：正農(nóng)藥殘留、獸藥殘留是目前食品安全最大的風(fēng)險,也一直是食藥監(jiān)管部門監(jiān)管的重點。近幾年快速、高通量、多組分殘留同時檢測及未知化合物的農(nóng)/獸藥殘留篩查技術(shù)取得了一定突破。鑒于此,本刊特別策劃了"農(nóng)獸藥殘留檢測與監(jiān)控技術(shù)"專題,由華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)食品學(xué)院孫遠(yuǎn)明教授擔(dān)任專題主編。專題將圍繞(1)國內(nèi)國際農(nóng)藥售藥殘留管理動態(tài)與風(fēng)險評估新進展;(2)痕量農(nóng)獸藥殘留多組分高通
[Abstract]:Positive pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues are the biggest risk of food safety, and have been the focus of supervision by the food and drug regulatory authorities. In recent years, rapid, high-throughput, multi-component residue simultaneous detection and unknown compounds of agricultural / veterinary drug residue screening technology has made a breakthrough. In view of this, our magazine specially planned "the agriculture veterinary medicine residue detection and the surveillance technology" topic, by the South China Agricultural University Food School Professor Sun Yuanming as the special editor.
