【摘要】：在高校的課題研究論文中,學(xué)術(shù)論文掛名現(xiàn)象是相當(dāng)普遍的,其產(chǎn)生的原因及表現(xiàn)是多方面的,主要是某些人急于發(fā)表論文,利用不正當(dāng)手段掛名;感謝他人指導(dǎo),還人情掛名;幫助親朋好友,照顧關(guān)系掛名;利用名人效應(yīng),抬高身價(jià)掛名。論文掛名侵犯了他人的著作權(quán),滋長(zhǎng)了學(xué)術(shù)腐敗,影響了刊物信譽(yù),對(duì)職稱評(píng)定帶來(lái)了負(fù)面影響。根據(jù)《著作權(quán)法》和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB7713-87規(guī)定的署名應(yīng)具備的條件,要預(yù)防論文掛名必須做好以下幾點(diǎn):倡導(dǎo)求真務(wù)實(shí)的學(xué)術(shù)道德規(guī)范,加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)論文的署名管理,嚴(yán)肅處理署名中的侵權(quán)行為,職稱管理部門改變某些職稱評(píng)定方式。
[Abstract]:In the research papers of colleges and universities, the phenomenon of academic paper listing is quite common, and its causes and performance are multifaceted. The main reason is that some people are anxious to publish papers and use improper means to name them; to thank others for guidance and to be named, to help relatives and friends, to take care of relations and to name the relationship, and to use celebrity effect to raise the value of name. The title of the article violates the copyright of other people, grows the academic corruption, affects the reputation of the publication, and has a negative impact on the evaluation of the title. According to the conditions stipulated in the copyright law and the state standard GB7713-87, the following points must be done to prevent the title of the title of the paper: to initiate and guide the academic ethics of seeking truth and pragmatism and to strengthen the academic theory The signature management of the article seriously deals with the infringement in the signature, and the title management department changes the way of assessing certain titles.
