【摘要】：[目的]了解本院護(hù)士對(duì)護(hù)理科研的態(tài)度、論文撰寫(xiě)存在的困難,分析其存在的障礙與原因。[方法]采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)卷,對(duì)我院護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括一般資料、對(duì)開(kāi)展護(hù)理科研的態(tài)度、護(hù)理科研知識(shí)培訓(xùn)需求性、撰寫(xiě)論文存在的困難等。[結(jié)果]臨床護(hù)士能充分認(rèn)識(shí)到護(hù)理科研的重要性,愿意參加護(hù)理科研的護(hù)士比例明顯高于不愿意或持無(wú)所謂態(tài)度的護(hù)士比例。撰寫(xiě)論文主觀障礙依次為選題難、資料的收集與整理、缺乏科研知識(shí),客觀障礙依次為實(shí)驗(yàn)條件、無(wú)時(shí)間、缺乏指導(dǎo)老師、投稿難、工作太辛苦無(wú)精力。[結(jié)論]護(hù)士對(duì)開(kāi)展護(hù)理科研的重要性有較高的認(rèn)識(shí),渴望得到科研知識(shí)的培訓(xùn),但缺乏科研知識(shí)、工作繁忙無(wú)精力、選題難、實(shí)驗(yàn)條件不夠、收集與分析資料是導(dǎo)致論文撰寫(xiě)障礙的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the nurses' attitude towards nursing scientific research, the difficulties in writing the paper, and analyze the obstacles and reasons. [methods] A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing staff in our hospital, including general information, attitude towards carrying out nursing scientific research, demand for nursing scientific research knowledge training, difficulties in writing papers, etc. [results] Clinical nurses can fully realize the importance of nursing research, and the proportion of nurses willing to participate in nursing research is obviously higher than that of nurses who are unwilling or indifferent. The subjective obstacle of writing a thesis is the difficulty of selecting the subject, the collection and arrangement of the data, the lack of scientific research knowledge, the objective obstacle in turn is the experimental condition, the lack of time, the lack of the guidance teacher, the difficulty of submitting articles, and the hard work and the lack of energy. [conclusion] Nurses have a high understanding of the importance of carrying out nursing scientific research, eager to get training of scientific research knowledge, but lack of scientific research knowledge, busy work without energy, difficult topic selection, insufficient experimental conditions. Collecting and analyzing data is the main cause of the writing obstacle.
