摘要：

基于綠色拆船理念，以大連船舶重工集團(tuán)鋼業(yè)有限公司VLCC拆船項(xiàng)目“NEW VICTORY”號(hào)為研究對(duì)象，以已經(jīng)生效的《歐盟（EU）1257/2013船舶回收法規(guī)》為準(zhǔn)則，提出一種VLCC綠色拆船工藝方案。方案按照法規(guī)要求做出了船舶有害材料（IHM）清單，考慮了拆解過程中穩(wěn)性變化對(duì)剩余船體的影響，制定了三條拆解原則，用PATRAN軟件對(duì)拆解剩余船體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了有限元分析，制定了安全拆解順序，，達(dá)到了環(huán)境污染小，碼頭拆解不傾覆、不折斷，剩余船體順利進(jìn)塢拆解的預(yù)期效果。

Abstract： 

It proposes a green dismantling process scheme based on EU 1257/2013 Ship Recycling Convention, which has entered into force. Taking New Victory as the study object, which is the ship-recycling project of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry, Ship Recycling Co., Ltd., it considers the stability in the dismantling process which affects the remaining hull, develops three dismantling principles, finishes finite element analysis of the remaining hull with PATRAN, determines the hanging position of the sub-block and develops a detailed dismantling order. It causes less pollution of the environment. The process realizes the expected effect that the ship is not be overthrow or broke in the pier dismantling process and the remaining hull is smoothly dismantled.
