Archive:互聯網網站歷史檔案館一個非營利網站，致力于為互聯網上曾經存在過的網站建立數字圖書館。與線下實體圖書館一樣的經營模式，面對研究者、歷史學家、學者以及公眾免費開放。

這是一個讓人感到時光飛逝物是人非的網站。記錄了很多曾經輝煌一時現在早已消失或者已經走向沒落的網站，也記錄了存活至今的網站們一次又一次改版。

網站首頁主板塊首行正中放置著網頁搜索框，上面印著“時光機（Way Back Machine）”字樣，輸入網址，，點擊“帶我回到過去”，用戶便可以看到歷史中的那個網頁的模樣。

2012 年十月份時，互聯網檔案館館藏資料的體積約為 10 千萬億字節(jié)。當時這個非營利的數字圖書館正在籌集資金，希望能在年底前購買 4 千萬億字節(jié)的存儲設備。互聯網檔案館的館藏資料以每月 190 T 字節(jié)的速度增加。也就是說，每 5.4 個月，檔案館便需要新增 1 千萬億字節(jié)的存儲設備。

The Internet Archive is a 501 non-profit that was founded to build an Internet library. Its purposes include offering permanent access for researchers, historians, scholars, people with disabilities, and the general public to historical collections that exist in digital format. Founded in 1996 and located in San Francisco, the Archive has been receiving data donations from Alexa Internet and others.

In late 1999, the organization started to grow to include more well-rounded collections. Now the Internet Archive includes texts, audio, moving images, and software as well as archived web pages in our collections, and provides specialized services for adaptive reading and information access for the blind and other persons with disabilities.
