二、不要超過10000字為宜，精粹的短篇，尤為歡迎。

三、請作者將稿件（用WORD格式）發(fā)送到下面給出的征文信箱中。

四、凡來稿請作者自留底稿，恕不退稿。

五、為規(guī)范排版，請作者在上傳修改稿時(shí)嚴(yán)格按以下要求：

1．論文要求有題名、摘要、關(guān)鍵詞、作者姓名、作者工作單位（名稱，省市郵編）等內(nèi)容一份。

2．基金項(xiàng)目和作者簡介按下列格式：

基金項(xiàng)目：項(xiàng)目名稱（編號）

作者簡介：姓名（出生年－），性別，民族（漢族可省略），籍貫，職稱，學(xué)位，研究方向。

3．文章一般有引言部分和正文部分，正文部分用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字分級編號法，一般用兩級。插圖下方應(yīng)注明圖序和圖名。表格應(yīng)采用三線表，表格上方應(yīng)注明表序和表名。

4．參考文獻(xiàn)列出的一般應(yīng)限于作者直接閱讀過的、最主要的、發(fā)表在正式出版物上的文獻(xiàn)。其他相關(guān)注釋可用腳注在當(dāng)頁標(biāo)注。參考文獻(xiàn)的著錄應(yīng)執(zhí)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB7714-87的規(guī)定，采用順序編碼制。
