Abstract：Now，Social organizations in the field of the protection of human rights in China play an important role, and gradually play a role of bridge and link of communication between the Government and society, enterprises and society. Especially in the period of transition of the economic and social development, the protection of human rights issues more and more, more and more important, the government can not afford to, there is no need to assume all the protection of human rights functions. Society organizations for the cause of government protection of human rights "lose weight", the protection of human rights contradictory "thinner". Based on this, we will take this as a starting point to explore the role of social organizations in the protection of human rights in China and its play.

引 言

社會(huì)組織在全球范圍內(nèi)的興起與發(fā)展, 成功的回應(yīng)與解答了長(zhǎng)期困擾人們的、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期所凸現(xiàn)的市場(chǎng)失靈和政府失靈問(wèn)題, 實(shí)踐證明它是人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展史上重大的組織創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新。這種創(chuàng)新, 為人類(lèi)社會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了具有鮮明優(yōu)勢(shì)和深厚潛力的新社會(huì)工具。目前，社會(huì)組織已在我國(guó)人權(quán)保障領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮了作用，，并逐步起到了溝通政府與社會(huì)、企業(yè)與社會(huì)的橋梁和紐帶作用。而且，社會(huì)組織在我國(guó)人權(quán)保障中的作用不僅僅限于為發(fā)展帶來(lái)資金方面的援助, 更在于知識(shí)傳播、典型示范、人才培養(yǎng)等方面的作用, 給解決我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的人權(quán)保障問(wèn)題帶來(lái)了一些新的思路和模式, 這對(duì)我國(guó)人權(quán)保障事業(yè)與社會(huì)發(fā)展具有重要的參考與借鑒價(jià)值。
