Working is the main aspect of earning the livelihood in the human society. People do different types and varieties of work depending on their educational qualification, skills and practical or real time experience. But as no path is easy and smooth so problems are bound to occur in the work place. Work related problems are a major issue in the urban cities these days owing to the various ongoing issues. This is an exclusive literary depiction of the common problems at the work place and process. The Work problems can be analyzed and inspected under the logical microscope and hence the results that are yielded may be interpreted and a solution regarding the corresponding issues can hence be tactically crafted.

The essay is divided under two broad sections. The first section suggests the problems related to work and the second one suggests the solutions that can be structured by the incorporation of the strategic approach towards the events and scenarios. The communication is a very important aspect for the growth of the organization both financially and structurally. A dedicated team should be place and the duty will be to manage the steady communication between the layers of the industries internally so that everyone is aware of the processes that are ongoing. Effectiveness of the information systems and the duties of the team can be summarized as:

Dedicated information systems designed to work on-line on the web or over the private LAN of the company.
IT professionals are to be recruited for the maintenance and further upgrade of this information.
Online advertising over the web or development of smart phone applications helps the organization to gain greater exposure and maintain steady communication with the clients.
The teams employed to maintain internal communication should be efficient and prompt.
The teams are the buffers between the layers of the industry hence each member has to be a very ardent listener and imbibed with persuasive skills to encounter troubles at times of need.
