Details about the iButton hardware and software interface design, and offers the code to implement the interface,and to further explore the ticket box of the Automatic Ticket Vending Module of Tag iButton. The Automatic Ticket Vending Module adopted the iButton as Tag of ticket box identify, replace the manual input quantity and improving the accuracy of ticketing data. the design has been successfully applied to the Ticket Vending Machine(TVM) of the Nanjing metro, Guangzhou metro.

0 引言

隨著電子與計算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，數(shù)字識別技術(shù)正在逐漸取代人工識別,并被廣泛應(yīng)用于交通、金融、電信、電力等領(lǐng)域,深刻影響著人們的日常生活。由于條形碼、磁卡、IC卡等構(gòu)成的數(shù)字識別系統(tǒng)存在著攜帶不便、易受損壞、不能應(yīng)用于惡劣環(huán)境等缺點。本文提出了采用美國達(dá)拉斯半導(dǎo)體公司(Dallas Semiconductor Corporation)推出的智能化信息載體iButton,較好地解決了數(shù)字識別系統(tǒng)存在的這些問題,為開發(fā)更加完善的新穎數(shù)字信息交換系統(tǒng)提供了技術(shù)支持和實現(xiàn)手段。iButton(information Button)意為信息鈕扣。它采用直徑16mm、厚3～6mm 的鈕扣狀不銹鋼外殼封裝。內(nèi)部由I/O 處理器和存儲器兩個基本部分組成。以1-Wire規(guī)范作為通信協(xié)議，其外殼為信號地，用1根數(shù)據(jù)線按特定的時序要求由數(shù)據(jù)線逐位與外界交換數(shù)據(jù)[1][2]。
iButton作為一種新穎的智能化信息載體,相比傳統(tǒng)的信息載體具有如下特點[3][4]：
1、iButton采用不銹鋼外殼封裝,無暴露的易損部件或易腐部件,具有抗撞擊、防水漬、耐腐蝕、抗磁擾、防折疊等顯著特點,工作溫度范圍也較寬，可以在很寬的電壓范圍(2.8～5.25V)和溫度范圍(-40～85攝氏度)內(nèi)正常工作，適用于惡劣的環(huán)境;
2、iButton內(nèi)部固化有惟一的64位標(biāo)識號(ID)，排列順序依次為分類號8位、系列號48位以及CRC碼8位,并且具有自毀功能，，保密性能好,可適用于需要作硬件加密的場合;
3、iButton采用獨特的機(jī)械外形設(shè)計，具有IC卡、磁卡等信息載體無法比擬的優(yōu)勢，存儲于其中的數(shù)據(jù)信息具有相當(dāng)高的安全可靠性; 
4、iButton可以嵌在戒指、鑰匙串、錢包或手表上,隨身攜帶方便;
5、iButton采用1-Wire式總線,在常規(guī)通信速率16.3kbps高速模式下通信速率達(dá)142kbps，存取數(shù)據(jù)時采用接觸方式，與觸頭輕輕一碰,瞬間即可完成數(shù)據(jù)信息的讀寫操作。
