Executive Summary:


Avon, which is one of the leading cosmetics and personal care producer and marketer that has operation in different parts of the world, has been encountering low sales growth in the Chinese market (Synder, 2009). The organization's top management believes that the one of the root-cause of the Avon problem could be cultural diversity of the Chinese market and the misunderstanding of the management to design appropriate strategy in the market. The accompanies consultancy report has been design with this intent in which efforts has been directed towards investigating the root cause of the problems by using the SWOT framework and then a set of solutions recommendations has been forwarded to the management of the organization to solve the organization's problems. In the last section of the paper forecast of performance and the outcomes will be presented that will eventually summed up the discussions and the consultancy report.
