【摘要】：本文對《中文核心期刊要目總覽》評選研制工作提出建議:一是“被索量”的統(tǒng)計方法要調整,其權重宜降低;二是采取有效措施,遏制期刊間不正當?shù)幕ハ嘁?三是改進參評專家的選聘方式;四是一位專家只宜作為一個學科的參評候選人;五是一些學科分類尚需推敲斟酌;六是期刊更名后,其出版內容與讀者對象沒有延續(xù)性的,不能作為原學科的核心期刊;七是應認真將更名前后的期刊數(shù)據(jù)一并統(tǒng)計,嚴防疏漏;八是出版前應核實入選的核心期刊的有關最新信息,以便訂購者、讀者和作者與期刊聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward some suggestions on the selection and development of the main contents of Chinese Core Journals: first, the statistical method of "the quantity of the requested" should be adjusted, the weight of which should be reduced, secondly, the effective measures should be taken to curb the improper mutual quotation among the periodicals. The third is to improve the method of selecting and appointing participating experts; the fourth is that an expert should only be regarded as a candidate for participation in the evaluation of one discipline; the fifth is that the classification of some disciplines still needs to be examined and considered; and sixth, after the periodical has changed its name, its publication content does not have continuity with the target audience of the reader. It should not be regarded as the core journal of the original discipline; seventh, the periodical data before and after the change of name should be carefully counted together to prevent omissions; and eighth, the relevant latest information of the selected core journal should be verified before publication so as to allow the subscriber, Readers and authors are in contact with periodicals.
