【摘要】：目的:了解我國醫(yī)學(xué)期刊的編輯部倫理意識現(xiàn)狀。方法:采用自制問卷調(diào)查88家醫(yī)學(xué)期刊編輯部的倫理意識。通過文獻(xiàn)分析、系統(tǒng)分析和兩輪專家咨詢確定了5個維度:投稿須知、初審階段、外審階段、稿件處理階段、教育與培訓(xùn);包括11個指標(biāo)的評價體系。通過專家打分法確定指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,采用層次分析法、TOPSIS法、秩和比法對編輯部倫理意識狀況進(jìn)行組合評價。結(jié)果:56家(63.6%)期刊在2010年的投稿須知中尚無涉及人的生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究的倫理學(xué)要求。我國88家期刊中編輯部倫理意識為上檔的有14家(15.9%),中檔有45家(51.1%),下檔有29家(33.0%)。不同主管部門的期刊在投稿須知、外審階段2個維度的得分上差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(HC分別為10.175和7.305,P0.05);不同數(shù)據(jù)庫來源的期刊在投稿須知、初審階段、外審階段、稿件處理階段4個維度的得分上差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(HC分別為11.951,7.661,6.146,8.085,P0.05);不同數(shù)據(jù)庫來源期刊的綜合評價分檔結(jié)果有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(HC=6.109,P0.05)。3種方法評價結(jié)果高度相關(guān)。結(jié)論:國內(nèi)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊編輯部對涉及人的醫(yī)學(xué)研究的倫理意識有待提高。綜合評價方法的組合評價較采用單一方法評價,結(jié)果更可靠、更貼近實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of ethical consciousness in the editorial department of Chinese medical journals. Methods: a self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted on the ethical consciousness of the editorial departments of 88 medical journals. Through literature analysis, systematic analysis and two rounds of expert consultation, five dimensions have been determined: input information, first trial stage, external review stage, manuscript processing stage, education and training, and the evaluation system of 11 indicators. The weight of the index is determined by the expert scoring method. The TOPSIS method and the rank sum ratio method are used to evaluate the ethical consciousness of the editorial department. Results 56 journals (63.6%) did not have the ethical requirements of biomedical research in 2010. Of the 88 journals in China, 14 (15.9%) have the highest ethical consciousness, 45 (51.1%) have the middle grade, and 29 (33.0%) have the lower grade. There were significant differences in the scores of the two dimensions between different departments in charge (HC = 10.175 and 7.305), while the journals from different database sources had significant differences in terms of input, initial review, and external review, respectively, and the difference was significant in the two dimensions (HC = 10.175 and 7.305, respectively), and the difference was significant between the two dimensions (HC = 10.175 and 7.305, respectively). There were significant differences in the scores of the four dimensions in the manuscript processing stage (HC = 11.951 / 7.661/ 6.146 / 8.085P0.05), and the comprehensive evaluation scores of journals from different database sources were statistically significant (HCC6.109 / P0.05). Conclusion: the ethical consciousness of the editorial department of Chinese medical journals needs to be improved. The combined evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation method is more reliable and closer to the actual situation than that of the single method.
