【摘要】：解析刊群的發(fā)展歷程可以更好地把握其現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在影響我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊群形成的諸因素中,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、出版政策以及衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療政策是醫(yī)學(xué)期刊種類變化的條件和環(huán)境,而社會(huì)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生需求和醫(yī)學(xué)期刊內(nèi)容資源則是醫(yī)學(xué)期刊種類變化的內(nèi)因和根源。我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊種類的現(xiàn)狀是滿足市場(chǎng)需求和政府計(jì)劃調(diào)控的共同結(jié)果,是醫(yī)學(xué)期刊自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求和社會(huì)環(huán)境、國(guó)家政策綜合作用的產(chǎn)物。因此,我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊的種類體現(xiàn)了我國(guó)近現(xiàn)代以來(lái)不同歷史時(shí)期的國(guó)情以及醫(yī)學(xué)期刊群的發(fā)展軌跡。這為我們提示了認(rèn)識(shí)我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊種類現(xiàn)狀和預(yù)測(cè)其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和立足點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Analysis of the development process of the journal group can better grasp its current situation and development trend. Among the factors that affect the formation of the medical journal group in China, the social and economic situation. Publication policy and health care policy are the conditions and environment for the variety of medical journals. The social medical and health needs and the content resources of medical journals are the internal causes and root causes of the variety of medical journals. The current situation of medical journals in China is the common result of satisfying the market demand and government planning regulation. Medical journals are the internal requirements of their own development and the social environment, the comprehensive role of national policies. The types of medical journals in China reflect the national conditions of different historical periods and the development track of medical journals group since modern times of our country.
