【摘要】：針對目前電子期刊出版業(yè)普遍存在編輯人員流動性大、復合型多媒體制作人才缺乏等諸多問題,中華醫(yī)學電子音像出版社從實際情況出發(fā),制定近期編輯人才培養(yǎng)計劃及其實施方案,要求電子期刊編輯人員必須掌握傳統(tǒng)紙質期刊編輯出版基本流程、規(guī)范、要求及標準,熟悉多媒體課件制作流程中采、編、攝、制及光盤制作開發(fā)工具和相關應用軟件,掌握網(wǎng)站建設、網(wǎng)頁設計及相關網(wǎng)絡出版知識和技能,力求從多方面著手培養(yǎng)復合型編輯人才。
[Abstract]:At present, electronic journal publishing industry universal editorial staff mobility, composite multimedia production lack of talents and many other issues, the Chinese medical electronic audio-visual publishing from the actual situation, formulate recent editing talent training plan and its implementation scheme, electronic journal editor personnel must master the traditional paper periodical editing and publishing process, specifications, requirements and standard, familiar with multimedia courseware in the process of gathering and editing, photo, and CD-ROM production development tools and related application software, master website construction, web design and web publishing related knowledge and skills, and strive to start from the aspects of cultivating talented editors.
