本研究旨在為SinergiaSistemi,一家致力于提供節(jié)能方案的意大利公司,為進(jìn)入中國(guó)沼氣產(chǎn)業(yè)提供可能的市場(chǎng)注入策略。2009年中國(guó)可再生能源的發(fā)電能力達(dá)到史上最高。中國(guó)開始大舉投資可再生能源并同時(shí)開始大力發(fā)展諸如獨(dú)具特色的沼氣發(fā)電業(yè)。 本研究的意義在于對(duì)環(huán)境的關(guān)注以及對(duì)可再生能源的重視(尤其是中國(guó))。初步研究通過展會(huì)會(huì)議及直接信息交換形成,研究第二部通過方法論收集信息并形成。首先,作者簡(jiǎn)要介紹了關(guān)于沼氣科技及關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的信息以帶入研究主題。其次,作者著重于與中國(guó)相關(guān)的分析,介紹了中國(guó)沼氣行業(yè)的特色。包括,技術(shù)特點(diǎn),作為農(nóng)村家用電與尚未開拓的中大規(guī)模發(fā)電站的差異。還包括,有利的政府財(cái)政干預(yù),并詳細(xì)陳述了相關(guān)政策與清潔發(fā)展機(jī)制。隨后描述了盈利地區(qū)(主要是山東及廣東)情況、以及由于技術(shù)的落后、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條例的空白、地理的差異性以及可替代的新能源所帶來的應(yīng)用局限性。所有影響這一行業(yè)的因素都通過PESTLE分析法及波特五力分析法進(jìn)行分類。最后重點(diǎn)介紹了該公司在特定地區(qū)采用的不同策略,并給出相關(guān)原因。同時(shí)并提出了針對(duì)未來的一些具體建議。
