網(wǎng)購視角下生鮮蘋果特征價格分析

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)購市場日益繁榮�;谠�"天貓"網(wǎng)購交易平臺上抓取的524份生鮮蘋果交易數(shù)據(jù),運用特征價格模型分析我國消費者對網(wǎng)購蘋果在感官維度、標簽維度和網(wǎng)購維度中各屬性的支付溢價。結(jié)果顯示感官維度屬性是影響消費者支付溢價最重要的屬性,消費者對國產(chǎn)蘋果存在負向支付溢價,對網(wǎng)購維度屬性溢價結(jié)果表明消費者對網(wǎng)購蘋果的可靠性存在質(zhì)疑。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the online shopping market of fresh agricultural products is becoming more and more prosperous. Based on the 524 fresh apple transaction data captured on the "Tmall" online shopping trading platform, the characteristic price model is used to analyze the premium paid by Chinese consumers to the sensory dimension, label dimension and online shopping dimension of online shopping apple. The results show that sensory dimension attribute is the most important attribute that affects consumers to pay premium, and consumers have negative premium to domestic apple. The result of attribute premium of online shopping dimension shows that consumers have doubts about the reliability of online buying apple.
