【摘要】：正作為禽類養(yǎng)殖的重要產(chǎn)品,雞肉和雞蛋具有高蛋白、低脂肪、低成本、健康的天然屬性,是我國居民重要的營養(yǎng)食品。我國是雞肉和雞蛋的生產(chǎn)大國,據(jù)糧農(nóng)組織(FAO)統(tǒng)計,我國的雞肉產(chǎn)量從1978年的87.50萬t增長到2013年的1 278.54萬t,位居世界第二;2013年我國雞蛋總產(chǎn)量達(dá)到1 299萬t,位居世界第一。雞肉和雞蛋價格的波動關(guān)系著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,也影響著家禽業(yè)健康
[Abstract]:As an important product of poultry culture, chicken and egg have high protein, low fat, low cost and healthy natural properties, so they are important nutritious foods for Chinese residents. China is a big producer of chicken and eggs. According to (FAO) statistics of the Food and Agriculture Organization, China's chicken production increased from 875000 tons in 1978 to 12.7854 million tons in 2013, ranking second in the world. In 2013, China's total egg output reached 12.99 million tons, ranking first in the world. The fluctuation of chicken and egg prices is related to the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, and also affects the health of poultry industry.
